Can’t say enough good things about the Tree House! Nestled in the woods, it was so calm and peaceful. All amenities were fantastic, well connected, hot tub was pristine and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Rebecca was an excellent host. Her place was even nicer than the listing: Amazing views, comfy beds, awesome access to trails for hiking and delicious restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

Loved out Memorial Day stay in Guerneville. Feels like you're in a treehouse. The spectacular wraparound deck gave us plenty of options for hanging out outside. Enjoyed the hot tub and all the plants.

Our stay was just as described and everything we wanted for our overnight visit. Wish it were longer so we could have enjoyed more the area has to offer. Wonderful local recommendations. Beautiful, clean, and quiet and just what we needed. Great amenities (as described) and proactive hosts that were prompt and kind with communication. Beware of foxtails if you are bringing your dog(s). We would return. Thank you again!

Michael’s place was absolutely gorgeous - tucked away, but a short drive from Johnson Beach. The home itself was beautiful, well stocked, and very comfortable for two families to hang out. A little challenging for a 1-year old (not baby-proofed), but our two 3-year olds had a blast (lots of kids toys to play with and lots of exploring to do). Michael was extremely responsive and very flexible. All in all, highly recommend and would love to be back!

This is our 2nd visit to Lisa's house in Rio Nido. Exactly as we remember, the house had just the right amenities for our stay: well equipped kitchen, spacious & comfortable bedrooms, indoor & outdoor spaces to spend quality time. We love the neighbourhood's peaceful feel and the easy walkability to the park, playground, roadhouse, and beach. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location. House was built mostly of wood, which was very appealing. Clean. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Minimum 30 minutes from shopping and restaurants with mostly two-lane winding roads to get to the major highways. The views were beautiful as you drive especially seeing so many animals roaming freely and feeding on grass. The drive can be wearisome. Wifi on the bottom floor was sketchy when I needed to use zoom for business. Also, there were high winds when we were there in mid-May making it feel colder due to wind chill. Overall, I'd give the experience 4.8 out of 5.

Fantastic retreat. We rent up at the river a lot, and this was, hands-down, the most immaculate we’ve ever rented. The outdoor clawfoot tub was icing on the cake. Peaceful, serene, cozy, great trails. We’ll definitely come back.

Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

The house was great and everyone I was in contact with responded in a very timely manner. The pool and jacuzzi were super relaxing. The house was very spacious. I'd definitely book again.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Andrew’s house is spectacular. We had such a great time and there was so much space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and we watched the Warriors games in the pool house. The property landscaping was beautiful also. Andrew was a great communicator. I would highly recommend his place for a great getaway.

I travel to Airbnbs often, and this is by far the best one! Sebastopol is an amazing town. We loved the hot tub and pool, and the house itself is incredible. The beds were super comfy, and everything was spotless and well maintained. We had a great time exploring Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Napa Valley, Sonoma, and Bodega Bay. We even made a trip to Tomales to visit the Scream filming location—I’m a huge horror fan, so that was a highlight! The views of the vineyard and sky, both during the day and at night, were absolutely stunning. This place truly has it all, and we’re already planning to come back. We’re even considering purchasing property in Santa Rosa! A special bonus was the two sweet dogs, Bonnie and Dixie (I think those were their names)—such adorable and friendly dogs! Highly recommend this place!

This was a beautifully designed and comfortable home. Kitchen fun to cook in! Comfortable bedrooms. Swanky showers, fireplace. Very peaceful. Quiet. We loved it.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Loved this house! Beautiful, peaceful, and great location. We took advantage of the gorgeous walking trail and local eats. The host was very responsive and we loved the extensive list of local recommendations. We only wished we had booked a longer stay.

We were so lucky to find this location for our recent trip! We booked last minute so didn’t have time to research the area much but Harman was so friendly and responsive and shared great recommendations. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful you never need to leave and we enjoyed access to all the provided amenities, kayaking everyday, and playing ping-pong and games. There was something for every one in our group from ages 5 to 85! It was the perfect setting for our family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

If you're looking for a place to relax and be inspired by the trees I'd recommend this place. The large dinning room table overlooking the trees and window through floor to ceiling windows is amazing for gathering thoughts and inspiring new ones.

We had a lovely time in Forestville and felt really at home. Kim's place was a perfect fit for our family. The space was really well laid out, bright and airy. Really well equipped for a family and Kim was super responsive. We'll definitely be back.

Marguerite' home was just as described and incredibly homey and beautiful. My friends and I had a wonderful time lounging by the pool, enjoying the nature, and peace and quiet of the location. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Really nice cabin on the river with a large, beautiful kitchen. The back deck overlooking the river was a favorite spot in the house, with a large table for meals, drinking coffee, and just hanging out, talking, and watching birds on the river. The hot tub was very clean, and having a canoe to explore the river was very convenient. It was close to Guerneville, Duncan Mills, and Jenner, and it has an amazing beach—Goat Rock.

We loved this little house amongst the redwoods! The most noticeable thing about it is how well is was stocked - from the kitchen to the games to the hot tub and fire pit. They even have a Weber grill and Ooni pizza oven. We loved how cozy it was, did lots of cooking, playing games, and used the fireplace every night. Sanette was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay at Michael’s place. It was super quiet and peaceful, but still just a quick drive to town and the river. One afternoon we went to River Electric Swim Club, which was only five minutes away and a great spot to hang out. The hot tub was perfect after a long day, and we spent the evenings grilling on the deck. The beds were really comfortable, and our 4year old loved the bunk beds and playing in the small cabin on the property. The house has a lot of sun light, which can be hard to find in the Russian River area, and it made the whole place feel really nice and open. Michael was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We'd definitely come back!

The house is lovely and the backyard overlooking the river is stunning. We really enjoyed having coffee by the gas firepit while watching the birds in the morning, and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. We appreciated having the double kayak available too, right at the pier. The river is beautiful and relatively calm to kayak! The house was immaculate and extremely well-stocked. Plenty of towels, robes, and beach towels. Bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. The area is absolutely beautiful -- our favorites were visiting the seal nursery at Goat Rock Beach and the Armstrong Redwoods state park. If you are there during the week, make sure to check restaurant hours, as we found many were closed on Wed and Thurs and there is no phone service in much of the area as you are driving around! :) Hosts were very responsive. We will definitely plan to stay here again!!
