Family-friendly vacation rentals in Groveland

Everyone was friendly! I’m not one to useless go to the community pool, but needed some time in the sun. It was great to just hang out and talk to people visiting and who lived in the complex. Jarrod was responsive to any questions, condo was clean and welcoming. Would stay there again next year!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Nice, cozy home. Anything you could need was handy! The communication with the host was superb. The next time I’m in the area, this will definitely be my go-to place if it’s available. My daughter really enjoyed the disney decor.

My family and I enjoyed our stay it was really nice, had great pool area, was relatively clean, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely book again. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by too.

The apartment is cozy, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need. We stayed there for a soccer tournament, and I have to say, the A/C works wonderfully! We also found time to enjoy the pool, which was a great bonus. Adam is a fantastic host, attentive, courteous, and welcoming. The location is perfect, just 15 minutes from Disney World. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Danielle‘s place. The location was wonderful, and we really appreciated all of the amenities. I do agree that some of the unit could use some updating, but in the scheme of things, the price point here was better than even just *average* hotels (less space & privacy, too) in the area. So in my opinion, everything was wonderful at this great price point! My crew would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, quaint home. Love how clean everything was. Emily checked in with us to see how everything was going. We really appreciated that. One morning we had a little trouble locking the door. Donovan not only responded right away but was at the door in a couple of minutes to help us. We were thrilled with everything from the extra touches, snacks, responsiveness, and cleanliness. The price was amazing as well. Best thing is it was a quick ride to Rollins College where our son was graduating from. If we ever travel to Orlando in the future, we would definitely stay here again. Aaron is an amazing host that truly cares about what is happening with his guests. We had a little trouble with our travel and Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate us when things went out of our control. The home is very nice and exactly as described. It was clean and looked well kept. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home is spacious. I will definitely book with Aaron again if I am back in Orlando!

We always have a blast when we stay at Kaarla's Studio Zen! I look forward to our trips down to Dade City to visit our daughter at St. Leo U. Studio Zen is just around the corner and has such a cool fun vibe to it. And I'm always artistically inspired to draw and create when I'm there! Look forward to our next visit! It was a private little getaway from the city where you got to experience a little bit of farm life. We got fresh eggs from their chickens in the morning for breakfast, which was as delicious as can be, and goats milk from their goats which we helped milk! We loved the donkey and their adorable dog as well. Kathy and Mike were also amazing hosts who answered all of our curious farm questions and made sure our stay was something to remember. Definitely was worth a visit and we will for sure visit True Trail Farms again!

Spacious and comfortable home! Stayed here to attend a family wedding. It was a singularly perfect choice with a beautiful park in the backyard where we took photos. The house is so big! Our family of 6 had space to spread out and relax. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend. Michele was absolutely perfect and responsive. Would return to the area, many beautiful parks!!

We stayed at Garret's house for 4 months while having our house built. The home was extremely spacious and perfect for all of our needs. What separated Garret from other hosts was his communication. He was always available and very quick to offer remedies for the very few small issues that came up. i would highly recommend Garret and his home!

Absolutely fantastic stay very clean and spoil was amazing after parks all day , central to everything what ever you want to do will recommend to all my friends and family who go to Disney every few years

I cannot say enough good things about Raymond & our stay. I travel a lot for my son’s lacrosse team & this was our favorite Airbnb so far! Raymond is very responsive & kind! I hope it’s available to book next year when we return.

I loved this stay! perfect for a group of 2-4 and the pool was amazing!! The whole backyard little oasis was perfect

this family is beyond accommodating. I don't typically do airbnbs with the in home post this was the first for me. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like part of the family. Their home is clean and very well decorated. If I am ever in the area again I would stay there without hesitation. They do have dogs which for me was great. But if you are uncomfortable with them I am sure they would make sure that you do not have to interact with them. But for me the dogs made it feel more like home. I cannot say enough nice things about this family and how accommodating and friendly they are. If you're unsure about staying with an in home host I would urge you to stay with this family. You won't regret it. Just like their ad says you will be staying with friends you just haven't met yet. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Our family of 5 felt right at home at Connie’s. It was spacious with all amenities needed. Safe, lots of nearby stores and eatery. We will book another stay at this location.

Gérard’s home was beautiful. It was in a such a convenient location to everything we needed- especially the Disney parks, and Walmart and Aldi for our weekly groceries. My family and I enjoyed the pool each day and even got to see gators come out of the canal. The only minor thing I wish would be if we had control of the temperature in the home. It was 95-98 degrees everyday we visited, and the home got quite warm even with the blinds closed and fans on. Otherwise, it was a great home and we surely enjoyed our stayed. Thank you!

This property was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing…exactly what we were looking for! Sue was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to help us book the dates we wanted. She even made sure we had a BBQ grill when the original one wasn’t working. We appreciate it!! My ONLY recommendation is to have box fans in the closet for use since there are no ceiling fans. I don’t recall noticing that the rooms didn’t have them or we would have been prepared. Thankfully, we travelled with a small fan but having a second four our daughter’s room would have been nice. If we’re ever in the area again, we definitely want to stay here!!
