Vacation rentals with a patio in Grosseto

Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Ho soggiornato con altre 3 amiche nell’appartamento di Susanna. Tutto nuovo e pulito. Spazi ampi e arredati con gusto. Posizionato nel quartiere Venezia, tranquillo, ma pieno di posticini per mangiare e bere. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

Enrica è stata un'ottima ospite nonché guida e brava consigliera. l'appartamento è semplice ma ben tenuto e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. La posizione è strategica, vicino al porto ma sufficientemente lontano per momenti di relax. La terrazza vista mare è sicuramente il valore aggiunto dell'appartamento!

Il borgo di capannole è un posto meraviglioso di grande pace e di grande bellezza, Roi e Stefan sono stati host eccezionali gentili e premurosi È un posto immerso nella storia antica del borgo e della Famiglia di Stefan . È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Lovely apartment. The lounge /dining area was much bigger than it looked in the photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and the whole place had a nice homely feel. The area was very quiet and residential. It was early in the season so some restaurants not open. Bagno Mary was lovely and we had a relaxing afternoon there. Good location for trips to Lucca, Pisa and countryside and seaside around.

Andrea and Simone are truly exceptional hosts, and by the end of our stay, we felt not just guests but also friends . Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our experience unforgettable, and it was clear that they care deeply about creating a welcoming and relaxing space for their guests. The apartment was exactly as described—spotless, well-equipped, and stocked with everything we needed (and more!). The location in Palaia is perfect, offering a vibrant local community and breathtaking views that make every morning feel magical. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind, wake up to stunning scenery, and enjoy top-notch amenities like the pool and outdoor hot tub, this is the ideal spot. Il delizioso alloggio di Alexander è luminoso e fresco. Ampi e funzionali spazi all’interno e un comodo accesso su uno spazio esterno in affaccio sul mare al di là di via Panoramica. Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia e come base per esplorare i meravigliosi dintorni dell’Argentario. Ci siamo innamorati di Cala del Gesso e Cala Grande, raggiungibili a pochi minuti in macchina (e una bella passeggiata, impegnativa ma affascinante) dall’alloggio. Alexander e Ariel sono stati cordiali e disponibilissimi. Consigliato!

Amazing place, view and location. Perfect in every way. Kind, helpful and welcoming host. The island is beautiful and everything you need is right around the corner. Such a relaxing place with lots of beautiful nearby beaches and nice hiking routes. Can definitely recommend this accommodation and Giglio Island.

Nada and her daughter Viola have created a stunning home which provided a beautiful setting to recharge and rest for the next leg of our trip. Both Nada and Viola were communicative, friendly, and available to address any issues (not that there were many). Viola created a fun cooking class and was even able to cater it to my sister’s gluten free diet. Do not hesitate to book your stay here, and definitely do the cooking class. Thank you, Nada and Viola!

Very good stay in this super nice Villa, calm and close to Siena. We recommend this place for sure ! Small very cool extra, the property cat is really nice and friendly and pass-by to say Hi in the evening or morning !

Vi njöt av våra dagar i Albas boende och vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka. Otroligt vacker omgivning, väldigt fint och välstädat boende och otrolig service av värdinnan. Ett boende som passar både barnfamiljer, par på genomresa och de som vill bo en längre period i det vackra Toscana.

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

Great place. There is a supermarket 5 min from there. The street is very narrow, so it is a little difficult to park.

L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole. Ha una spazio esterno molto piacevole il nostro cucciolo lo ha apprezzato molto! Jacopo è estremamente gentile e pronto a dare qualsiasi aiuto o informazione. La nostra esperienza è più che positiva. Il villaggio è ben curato. Spero di tornarci presto
