first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

I’ve been to many places but this is the first time I can say I was truly in love with a home. The pictures you see in the description are just a fraction of the beauty. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, the property is stunning, and it puts you in the heart of Tuscany. We will be back time and time again.

This home is the epitome of a classic villa in the chianti region. Lecchi is very a small village that is walkable to a market, bar & cafe, and one of the best dinner spots we visited in our entire trip to Italy - the Malborghetto restaurant is a must! We rented a car for this week of our trip, and would highly recommend doing so. There are many nearby villages with great trattorias and shopping options - and gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Casa di Lyndall is a roomy, well appointed home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean, and very comfortable, and the view out the front windows is beyond compare. Lyndall was very responsive and provided us with excellent recommendations of things to do during our stay. Clementina greeted us when we arrived and was so sweet and helpful. There is nothing we would change about our stay!

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always got good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he was able to move freely. We would come back back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

Exceptionally beautiful apartment furnished with a lot of love and taste in a beautiful, well-kept complex! The beautiful, well-kept pool is the icing on the cake that makes the complex perfect. We really enjoyed the four-course dinner under the stars, but there are also so many good restaurants in the area that you can't try them all. Chiara and Stefano are the perfect hosts, you can learn a lot of interesting things from them! They also attach great importance to sustainability, the facility is self-sufficient and only organic wines are produced in the associated winery.

We loved stating here. Norma and her family are all incredibly nice. We didn’t get to use the pool much because of the weather, but overall we had a great time. Perfect for relaxing.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

Massimo and his wife were great hosts. His place was ready and clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed. Massimo was always responsive and helpful. We were staying there for a wedding at La Pescaia and Massimo was kind enough to give us rides when needed. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I highly recommend Massimo’s place and would love to visit again. Thank you Massimo and Luana!

Amazing. We fell in love with Tuscany and with Montemassi. Lucia and Marco’s place is a little cozy nest in the most beautiful surroundings. If you like wine, you’ll be happy with all the beautiful wineries nearby. Would definitely come back! Thanks to Lucia and Marco for the amazing welcome and for their attention to detail!

On top of the amazing stay, the beds were comfy with great linen. Such a gorgeous find. Would have loved to stay longer. The balcony at night was a highlight.

SUCH a beautiful and tranquil place - a good 10/15 mins drive to the nearest restaurant so plan ahead for that but so worth it for the peace and nature and scenery and beautiful town that it's based in. would 100% go back

5 stars – A Dream Stay in Tuscany! We had the most incredible experience staying at this beautiful accommodation in Tuscany. The location was absolutely stunning—surrounded by breathtaking views, peaceful countryside, and just a short drive to charming villages and vineyards. The host was perfect—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Every detail was thought through, and they made sure we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like a slice of paradise, and I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the magic of Tuscany!

Jolanta was the most friendly host we ever had. She offered to pick us up from the parking space with her car so we didnt have to drag our big luggages all the way there. The house has the best view ever! You can actually oversee the entire tuscany and the sunset was magnificent. If you want to explore the town itself then its also 5 minutes walk from the house and what I loved the most was the jaguzzi in the shower room. It was super relaxing especually when I was driving all day. We enjoyed our stay so much! Will definitely go back again if we are in tuscany. Grazie Jolanta!

What an incredible place to stay! Diana opens up her whole home to you and it is so welcoming, plus has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The architecture of the building itself is beautiful and Diana has lovingly restored this, the interiors are well thought out and the space is used cleverly to make use of the space in the apartment. The house guide has really great information about the area, and Diana was kind enough to offer us more tips on things to do, plus booked some reservations for us for dinner. Thank you for being such an attentive host, it made our stay much more enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment in a tranquil environment with a view to die for and all the necessities available. Ideal location for anyone looking for peace and privacy, but still close enough to the town centre, the shops and the restaurants. We stayed at Serena and Giulio's at the end of May with three teenagers. The apartment is clear and well cut, each sleeping area has its own bathroom. From the living room and the triple room you can step directly onto a very large, partially shaded terrace. Depending on the weather and sun position, you will find a good place at any time - sun, partial shade, shade, wind or wind shadow, there is a corner for everything. On the terrace, there is a spacious dining table and three garden loungers, so everyone can find a spot. If you want to move, you can play a round of table tennis. No matter where you sit, inside or outside, on the deck chair or at the table: the view over the well-kept garden to the sea and the opposite hills is unimaginably beautiful. Those who manage to break away from the view will find cultivated and uncultivated beaches and nice places on the peninsula. We felt very comfortable! Thank you, Serena and Giulio!

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home which is very spacious, comfortable and very well furnished. The views are superb even by the high standards of Montalcino. Communication was proactive and very helpful. Nothing to fault. We would definitely stay again and look forward to doing so.

Beautiful, peaceful stay. Amazing, secluded location. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming - made us feel right at home. Lots of great walks around, including the nearby winery. The only downside is it does get rather cold in the stone apartment but during warmer weather the coolness in the apartment would probably be perfect. They provided a portable heater & a hot water bottle though which was nice. Thank you Tebea for being such a lovely host!

A Tuscan dream. Some days I had to pinch myself to understand that I was not in a movie. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in the area and also in the house. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen was unique and we also enjoyed grilling outside. We simply enjoyed it and felt at home. Finally, relaxation and tranquility, which you rarely experience. Thank you for your trust in this wonderful piece of Tuscany. For all those seeking peace or people who really want to experience what Tuscan flair means, a must-see. We will be happy to come back!
