Condo vacation rentals in Grosseto

Stayed two months before and after here, feeling like your own home.Big house with lots of books and a small garden.There were a lot of flowers when I stayed here. the coop supermarket is only two minutes away, after two minutes walking another two minutes is a good coffee shop and cake shop, except Monday when it closes, I go for two cups of coffee every day.5 minutes to the bus stop to Siena, go to school after coffee.I'll scatter after dinner to st. Andrea, pass by the grass and vineyards and have seen wild boars and deer.I hope to have the opportunity to come back to Colle and stay in this beautiful place.

We had a very nice vacation with the hosts. Everything was clean and had everything you need. The hosts are super nice and helpful. We will remember this vacation for a long time.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

Barbara is a wonderful host! We had a great time at her place. The apartment was spot less clean , very close to the marina center and the beach. Highly recommend!

Gianluca's home was perfect for our 5 day stay. Stepping outside put us right by some of the best food we've had in Italy. The terrace was a great place to hang out, and all the amenities worked great.

Elisa's house is in a quiet area and a stone's throw from Arezzo Fiere. Spacious, tidy and very clean house. Flexible hours through self check-in. The host always responded to us in a very short time. Recommended!

This was one of my greatest Airbnb experiences ever. Clara was so kind and helpful. She even drove me to meet her son and see his amazing sheepdog training farm. The room was centrally located near the main square in Cortona and is well laid out. There is an elevator which I appreciated. The town is a gem. I have visited Tuscany for over 25 years and this is the loveliest, most picturesque town of any I have seen. I will definitely be back.

Large apartment, well-furnished, clean.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has a very pleasant outdoor space, our puppy really appreciated it! Jacopo is extremely kind and ready to give any help or information. Our experience is more than positive. The village is well cared for. I hope to be back soon

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

Incredible accommodation that exceeded expectations, Francesco is a wonderful host who was very helpful and had local recommendations on everything. From best bakery to the winery not to be missed. Highly recommend and will probably come back!

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)
