We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

The villa was perfect for us. Lovely bedrooms, great patio and a fairly large space for a family of 5. The area was beautiful; lots of coves and beaches a short drive away. The children were disappointed that the pool did not open until 15 June but we had a great time exploring which we wouldn’t have done so much if the pool was open.

My stay at Barbara's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The environment is charming and very quiet. Barbara's house has lots of charm. The sunrise from the balcony is a must. Barbara and Marco were very friendly and helpful. I recommend a relaxing stay.

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Alessandro is a super nice guy. The place is just fantastically beautiful. The view is unique and the small house is very clean and nicely decorated. We'd come back any time. It was just a great vacation and we felt at home there

Diva's studio is a lovely tranquil spot in the heart of the Tuscan mainlands with a beautiful view from the patio and garden .Diva welcomes us on arrival and despite the language barrier she communicates warmly and effectively through Google translate with clear instructions . we loved the little kitchenette , comfy bed and tasteful interiors . we were kept company by her lovely dog and cat Maggie . this little nook is a suitable distance from local touristic hotspots like Bagni San Fillipo but is secluded and private which is what we wanted as a couple. there is also a lovely surprise for the guests on arrival which I will not disclose at this time ! highly recommend the lovely host - Diva and her cosy studio

We stayed at Serena and Giulio's at the end of May with three teenagers. The apartment is clear and well cut, each sleeping area has its own bathroom. From the living room and the triple room you can step directly onto a very large, partially shaded terrace. Depending on the weather and sun position, you will find a good place at any time - sun, partial shade, shade, wind or wind shadow, there is a corner for everything. On the terrace, there is a spacious dining table and three garden loungers, so everyone can find a spot. If you want to move, you can play a round of table tennis. No matter where you sit, inside or outside, on the deck chair or at the table: the view over the well-kept garden to the sea and the opposite hills is unimaginably beautiful. Those who manage to break away from the view will find cultivated and uncultivated beaches and nice places on the peninsula. We felt very comfortable! Thank you, Serena and Giulio!

Nada and her daughter Viola have created a stunning home which provided a beautiful setting to recharge and rest for the next leg of our trip. Both Nada and Viola were communicative, friendly, and available to address any issues (not that there were many). Viola created a fun cooking class and was even able to cater it to my sister’s gluten free diet. Do not hesitate to book your stay here, and definitely do the cooking class. We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

lovely stay in Volterra! Super walkable. Right in the center of town. Two great bedrooms. One bathroom near the bedrooms and another upstairs near a wonderful roof top terrace with amazing city views. Overall a great stay!

We had an excellent stay at Chiara’s place. During a period with high temperatures the building“s location on an elevation added a nice, cooling brise especially at night. Chiara and her family were super friendly.

The house is in a very quiet area right in the heart of Tuscany. Leslie is a very nice and thoughtful host and recommended a lot of nice places to us. We had a great stay and would love to come back!
