Excellent stay! Perfect stay while in Morganton. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, communication was seamless, and the location cannot be beat. Looking forward to staying at Michael's place again as soon as the opportunity presents!

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

We had such a great time here. We were in town for a wedding, and my only regret is that we were so busy that we barely spent any time in the apartment. It was so cozy, I wish we had been able to enjoy the place more. Very clean, incredibly well stocked bathroom and kitchen, and Wes was proactive and super communicative!

Rebecca’s basement apartment was great. The space was well cleaned, spacious for my wife and I and as described in the description. There were nice little touches with s’more sticks for the outside fire pit, snacks on the counter, and water in the fridge. My wife particularly liked having the makeup removal wash cloth. The rental is in a great location. Just 2 blocks from Main Street and a short distance from Frog Level. I highly recommend staying in Rebecca’s rental.

We had a great stay at Penthouse A! It is literally right in the middle of downtown Blowing Rock yet we had peaceful sleep each night. We easily walked everywhere including dinner each night. As advertised the stairs up to the place are worth noting if any mobility issues but that was well disclosed and no problem for us! We’d definitely stay again if we wanted an in town stay!

We came to move my daughter out of UTK and hotels were so expensive. Found this little gem which was a short ride to campus. Everything was great!

Enjoyed staying here for second year in a row. We stayed as two couples, but there is a third bedroom. Above all very clean and nice. Hosts are super! Neighborhood is quiet. Great porch, we didn’t have time to use this time but lovely suburban backyard. Easy in and out of neighborhood. Close proximity to shopping and dining. The driveway is steep in the car, but level getting in and out so was perfect for my mom. One of the parking spots is covered. Split level with lots of living space to gather. Comfortable bed. Good closet space for hanging clothes. All’s taken care of for you. Feels right at home.

I want to say that the host is a grade A person and lovely host. the place was perfect im kind of mad that it was booked out and I couldn't stay longer !!!

Kevin's house is charming and has all the amenities we could ask for. The neighborhood is full of other beautiful homes and the location is very convenient to historic downtown. We stayed with mixed family for a wedding weekend and we had plenty room to spread out with privacy but also plenty of room to hang out together in the common areas. All in all a great stay!

We were in Knoxville for a gymnastics competition and this house was perfect. Close to Knoxville, beautifully furnished and situated. Very quiet and peaceful with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cubhouse! Nice quiet neighborhood, clean and comfy home, and located close enough to everything! We went to Knoxville one day and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg the next. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was quick. The house is spacious and has all of your basics covered. No odd smells. Pulling out of the driveway is a bit tricky but it is not a high traffic area. The main bedroom has a king sized bed. The shower was clean. Our hosts answered all of my messages and questions very quickly. That was great. Thank you for sharing your home.

If you're in the Kingsport/Johnson City area, I would highly recommend checking this place out. Home was spacious enough for 5-6 adults, very clean and a beautiful Airbnb.

We loved our stay here. It was close enough to the Gatlinburg strip that you could walk there but far enough away from all of the commotion. The condo itself is updated nicely and there is a Keurig instead of the coffee pot shown in the pictures! The individuals that live there full time are polite and wonderful! They informed us that bears do roam the walkways and stairs so to be sure that no food is left in the car and lock all doors on the car. The only downside we had was the upstairs neighbors were very loud and at all hours of the night. We’re not sure if they live there or were just visiting but we could hear their every move. The walls are definitely thin and it wasn’t super pleasant to hear them running around at 10 pm, 2 am, 4am, and 8am. We didn’t let it ruin our stay as it’s not something that anyone can really control and we understand that it’s always a possibility when staying in an apartment style accommodation. Overall, we had a great stay and would def recommend!

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

Felt like home away from home with all the amenities we needed and walking distance to downtown Asheville.

Convenient location to amazing restaurants out of the hustle and bustle! (We highly recommend walking to The Appalachian for a nice ($$$) dinner.). Beds were very comfortable with updated bathrooms. Washer and dryer were not necessary for our stay but definitely would be perfect for a longer term stay. The only complaint would be the early checkout (10am) but fairly long list of things to do prior to checkout. Overall, we would stay again!

This place was great! Just like the pictures and very close downtown! Walkable!
