It was a cute, quiet little first house. The beds were pretty comfortable and it had everything we needed.

The house was just as pictured and exactly what we needed. It was clean, convenient and quiet! It made our graduation visit so easy. I'm not sure the AZ heat will get any easier on us, but we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

This is not my first time staying at Tom's beautiful home, and I can easily say that his hospitality is unparalleled. The property is an oasis. It is stylish yet very functional for families. The location has the best of what old Phoenix has to offer. The backyard is filled with birds singing, beautiful trees, and soft breezes. This is a place where someone could write their first novel or work or just figure out what they are going to do with the rest of their life. He treats every person who stays here like family, yet provides support from a distance. I always feel welcome and safe, which is an important distinction. But what makes staying with Tom so remarkable is… Tom :-). His warmth, compassion, and care are extraordinary. I've also had the opportunity to observe him with his neighbors and family, and you can see that this is genuinely who he is. It is equally important to acknowledge how unique Tom is, and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to know him!

We really enjoyed staying at Bill and Cindy’s casita. We felt safe, and it was so relaxing to come back to after a day of house hunting. Thank you!

This place was a perfect spot for what we needed! It was close to everything and had everything we needed! Full kitchen with anything you needed! Pool and outdoor area was very nice and relaxing! Could t have asked for a better spot!

Cute desert retreat. Everything was very clean and as pictured in the photos. Bed was comfy, but plan to bring a pillow as the pillows were pretty flat. Otherwise, great experience.

I gotta say, Susie is awesome and her Casita is absolutely amazing! She is SUPER attentive to her guest's needs and her Casita is wonderfully decorated with all the right decor and was fully equipped for our stay! She did not miss a beat and thought of anything and everything we could need during our stay! She has the perfect balance of communication to effectively check in to see if we needed anything, without giving the feeling of being micromanaged. If you like an awesome place, awesome views of the mountains, cactuses, huge Arizona sky, BEAUTIFUL stars at night, super quiet living and well away from the rat race of the city, this is the place for you! She has a sign that designates the parking area for their Casita guests, and she sent us clear and concise instructions on how to get there, park, and get in. In closing, Susie, VERY WELL DONE! My wife and I booked this Airbnb for the weekend of our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! It was private, cozy, peaceful, and beautiful. Everything was so neat and clean. Bathroom was pristine. They provided everything we needed in the kitchen, on the nightstand with chargers, just such a comfortable stay, would highly recommend! Very close to the interstate as well if you need to travel! We wanted to stay longer by the time we left! Next time we’re in the valley, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Couldn’t have been happier with my experience! The location was perfect, just a short drive away from downtown Phoenix, making it super convenient to explore the city’s restaurants, nightlife and attractions. Will definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hacienda was truly a magical paradise....everything about it was so fun and fabulous....I have visited twice now and will for sure go back...I started each day with a wonderful swim surrounded by nature and Houdini the tortoise......evryone there is so friendly and Diana went above and beyond in every time I needed something

Cindy's place was more than I expected. Not only was it spotlessly clean and welcoming, the grounds were also very peaceful. It was the perfect location for me to attend my event. Comfy bed, friendly hosts and a quiet place to rest my head.

Oliver’s place was great. Him and his team were extremely accommodating. The area “looks” a little rough but they’re just old neighborhoods that are being rebuilt. We weren’t bothered and safe. It was very homey and had everything you needed. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed at Donna’s listing more than a few times- it’s one of my favorite places to stay! Great location, value, amenities and extremely comfortable and organized. I can’t wait to stay again!

Our host was fantastic! They were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was spotless and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Because it's a guest house, it shares a backyard with the main house which was clearly communicated and priced in.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Some things were not entirely perfect — there was only one roll of TP, Ben was a little late with the check-in code, and the wifi was a little spotty — but the place itself was amazing; The sheets were clean and soft, the pillows were stuffed with soft, warm down, the wood furniture was beautiful and inviting, and there were coloring books that helped distract me from the pain of recovering from surgery. Whenever a train wasn’t passing through, the place was idyllic, and when there was one, the vibes ranged from soothing to ear-splitting (given, this was because I left the side door open & screened in at night). The neighborhood is beautiful, and there’s a park just down the way. I can’t recommend this place enough to someone looking for a peaceful, beautiful stay in Tempe.
