Vacation rentals with a pool in Genoa

Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

We had a lovely stay in Michele's apartment. Michele is a very nice, obliging and accommodating host. The apartment is clean, well furnished and maintained and it is newer than in the photos. The beds are very comfortable, which is very conducive to rest. The sea view from the window and from the two balconies is beautiful. The grounds and the pool are also well maintained and the pool was still filled with water. We recommend Michele's apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this fabulous house! From the very beginning Gabriella was so helpful with answering questions and offering up suggestions of where to eat, shop and what vineyards to visit. Elena who lives close buy met us at check in and was so very kind and helpful going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. We were a group of 8 and were able to spread out comfortably and have plenty of private space. We ate all of our meals outside, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including two refrigerators! The location is perfect for a stay in Piedmont. You are in the country where it is peaceful and private, however the city of Canelli is just a short drive away. We spent most of our evenings out by the swimming pool that was in pristine condition and so relaxing. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would love to return!!!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's place. It was beautiful, nicely equipped, super quiet and perfect for some relaxing days in this fantastic wine region.

An absolute dream accommodation with authentic and very friendly landlords. We were totally thrilled and would come back again and again. Great views, privacy, great amenities and good base for excursions in the region.

Thanks again Veronica for this little corner of heaven. The house is quiet, very pretty and welcoming. We were 2 couples with our children and it was perfect. Everything is well soundproofed which really allows you to enjoy the evenings on the ground floor, garden when the children sleep upstairs:) Everything is very clean, the bedding is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. The garden is very nice with the pool (unfortunately we did not use it because it was not yet hot enough) the swings, sunbeds. And there's even chickens, a pony, and 2 turtles that made our kids happy. No complaints:) thank you!!!

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

The apartment is beautifully located on the slope above Bergeggi and offers a fantastic view of the sea – a real highlight! The place was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, so nothing was missing. The balcony seems bigger in the photos than it is. Nevertheless, we had enough space to eat outside and enjoy the view of the sea. The communication with the hosts was great – friendly, fast and straightforward. Only small downside: the house is a little clairvoyant. Nevertheless, we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Everything went wonderfully for this stay! Ilaria took great care of us to prepare for our arrival, with the baby bed we had requested, full of advice and recommendations to enjoy our stay, a great welcome. The space was perfectly aligned with the description and what we expected. It is a great solution for people wishing to tour the area by car. Reserved place, closed parking, the accommodation was super quiet, pleasant. We would recommend it without hesitation! Thank you for everything Ilaria!

Paolo's apartment is located on the heights of Rapallo: the road to access it by car is steep but once found the location is perfect with a nice view of the sea and a closed parking lot. There is also a small pedestrian path mainly composed of steps to access the beach more quickly as well as the seafront promenade which connects to the city center (it goes up but we were able to do it with two small children). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, it is even prettier than in the photos! The pool in the residence is large and very pleasant. We recommend this place!

Very pleasant stay! Federico was very responsive and accessible throughout our stay, responding to our messages quickly and with great kindness. The accommodation was perfect: good location, spacious, and very well-equipped. It really felt like a home away from home! I highly recommend this host and this place for a great stay!

Very well located apartment a few minutes' walk to the center and the pier for a boat trip. The accommodation was very clean and quiet with a parking space in front - a small plus is that it is outside the ZTL zone so no worries to get there by car. Super responsive host and very good advice.

We had a wonderful week in this appartment. You need google maps to find it , as it is in the hill above Finale Ligure. Everything is as on the photos. The swimming pool is good for refreshment, but not big enough for swimming. We recommend this accommodation.

The Appartement was nice and clean! The pool was also very nice! The host was very nice and helped us to get a Taxi since the driver wasn’t able to speak Englisch! We can totally recommend staying here!

Great apartment and great host. We felt very comfortable over the whole stay. What we missed was proper kitchen equipment. The equipment is fine for a simple breakfast or dinners like pasta with pesto, but not more. No kitchen knife, no chopping boards, ridicoulusly dull knifes. If the kitchen had more and better equipment, I would rate the apartment 10/10.

Our stay at Palazzo Mariscotti 1886 was very nice. Great views of the surrounding hills and vineyards from the pool area. In my opinion, a car is absolutely necessary. You can reach many good restaurants in 10-30 minutes. Be sure to bring a travel adapter, there aren't many sockets - but that's normal for such an old house. Rooms are very nice, large, with air conditioning (we didn't need it). Kitchen well equipped. You can be in a group of 10 people, enough space available. WLAN and TV are not high speed, but you can still work remotely like in a home office.

The owner couple was lovely and very accommodating. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. There are good restaurants in the village, but you do need a car to get around

We spent a wonderful week at this property as a family with 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The estate is impressive: large, high-ceilinged rooms and plenty of space, which made our stay very comfortable. Although the house is located directly by a road, you don’t notice any noise from the street once you are in the garden or behind the house – it is wonderfully peaceful. The pool is spacious and inviting. The garden is huge, very well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped with numerous flowers, trees, and shrubs. There are plenty of loungers, chairs, tables, and parasols around the pool, providing great comfort. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and flexible. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. When one of the coffee machines was defective, it was replaced immediately – excellent service! We sincerely thank the hosts for the wonderful time and look back on a truly memorable holiday. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Gorgeous old Italian house. We loved the layout with so much space for our family to have separate areas. The pool is big and perfect for kids with a shed full of inflatables. Huge garden to wander about and quiet roads surrounding it for a nice stroll. Although not near any restaurants to walk to there are so many places within 10 minute drive. We loved the local area and how laid back and traditional it was. The house felt homely and comfortable - great for our family group which included kids who could quite happily wander about safely.
