Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Genoa

We spent a week at the end of April with six people. Communication with Federico has always been excellent. Very responsive, friendly, welcoming and super flexible in terms of check-in and check-out times. Really no pressure and it's very much appreciated. What can I say about the accommodation, the landscape and the village... just an extraordinary interlude. Compliant, even better than in the photo! Plus, the weather was also better than expected! It's just extremely beautiful and peaceful. The house is high up so you have to be fit to walk up from the beach. With teenagers, it's doable. In addition, we cross a nice path to go up. On the other hand, it's difficult if you have small children and strollers. The road is narrow and winding but a parking space is available near the house. This season, we had no difficulty parking downstairs, paid but reasonable rates. Ages 13 to 50, we all highly recommend it!!

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

Very nice house, surrounded by greenery. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Diego has always been punctual and accurate in his communications and available for any type of info. Simply put, everything is perfect!

We really felt like home! The accommodation is so well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked. Cristina is an impeccable host, she made us find everything perfect and also plenty of breakfast essentials. The exclusivity of this accommodation slightly outside the center of Levanto makes it intimate and exclusive, you remain in close contact with nature. Maximum safety if you have dogs and want to leave them free in the garden… a dream!We even found instructions for visiting the surrounding area and the pass for parking in the center! Excellent!

Matteo is a wonderful and caring person. It helped us a lot . His house is very cozy and clean. He cares about every detail . There were basic items like salt , coffee , olive oil , sugar and the kitchen utensils were complete . Clean, fragrant bedding .Have good restaurants in the village that was also close to the beach . We would go back a thousand times . Speaking of Matteo , I have no words to describe him . Thanks for everything .

everything was perfect, the host waited for us despite our train was late for more than an hour, it was already past 11pm, and they checked with us if we had everything, the apartment was super clean, the garden was beautiful and the location also is pretty good. We had a great time!

Milena and Massimo went over and above, for our stay. Excellent knowledge, they were happy to share. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The R&R was just what we needed in a wonderful home. They helped us out with a USB socket and and charging cable and the sparkling wine was a lively suprise. Maybe a Bluetooth speaker would be a good purchase for your home for some soft evening music. Lovely hosts picked us up at the station as it was a bit of a hike and a little hard to find. Very clean and peaceful with great views.

This house is a very peaceful and stunning-view opportunity in Levanto. Just at the border of Cinque Terre, you benefit from being out of the confusion and crowds of Cinque Terre, but close enough to reach it fast and easily. Levanto is very easy to get around, you have the train, lot’s of shopping and the restaurants and amenities. The beach is great. Tiziano’s place is on the hills, so, far from the city’s agitation, but also close enough to reach it whenever you want. By foot, the climb is a little sporty, but perfectly doable. The check-in was great with Tiziano’s father, a very warmth welcome and he gave us lots of tips and tricks to get around. His father also helped us a lot with the garbage and recycling, we are very very thankful. The apartment was very clean and has everything. Cool thing : stainless-steel stuff in the kitchen, so, no forever chemicals 👍🏻! TV, WiFi, everything was great. The view and the terrace has a stunning view over the beach and the sea.

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, my wife and I and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable swimming pool of the residence. We never had any parking issues. The sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Everything was perfect! Piero was always available to accommodate my every request! Beautiful apartment and very clean!!!

Apartment is very close to the beach. Spacious rooms. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Davide welcomed us warmly, despite our late arrival, and kindly took the time to give us a full tour of the property and help us understand some of its incredible history. The apartment is stunning and a world treasure, yet also somehow very comfortable and peaceful. We all slept and worked really well here. We loved the local bakery and walked everywhere - to the historic centre and even to Boccadasse. It was a wonderful trip and we'd like ve to come back one day! Grazie mille, Davide e Genova!

Antonella went out of her way at every turn to make our stay as wonderful as it was. She is kind, warm and caring. The place as everyone has said is a dream come true. And it was a huge bonus that Antonella lives next store as she was unobtrusively proactively helpful. And there if needed. It was especially important to us that she cares about the environment and is into sustainability as we are. She is mature but forward looking and youthful in so many ways. We thanked her privately and here again publicly. Both Antonella and her place are deserving of it. Le Cinque Terre is legendary for good reason. So is this home.

This is a very comfortable apartment with a gorgeous view. It is not in central Genoa but transportation is easy. It takes only 20 minutes to get to the city center. The hosts are lovely people and had great recommendations.

This apartment had everything we needed and was pretty close to everything in the old town on Monterosso. There were about 75 stairs to get to the apartment, but if you stay in Cinque Terre you should expect to climb. Mario at Enoteca Internazionale gave us the key and walked us to the door, as well as explained the apartment. The trail was nearby and the restaurants, beach, and shopping were all very close. The view was beautiful from both the patio and rooftop, we would book this place again.

We were so happy we found Enrico’s place! It was just perfect! The apartment is very spacious, super clean, and that view was outstanding! Enrico’s communication was great and he even gave us a walking tour for Genoa. The amenities were exceptional. All in all, a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great time in the apartment and in Genoa despite a very difficult arrival due to traffic on the highway and the Mont Blanc tunnel. The host was very responsive to our requests and was good advice. The apartment is very nice and a beautiful sea view. Very nice terrace that we couldn't enjoy because of the weather.
