Vacation rentals with a home theater in Genoa

Chiara and Andrea resolved me A mess I had made with the wrong bookings were prompt and very nice and friendly and comfortable to be able to arrive whenever you want without having to wait for anyone ! Thank you very much Chiara!!

This unit has Very impressive view of ocean and surroundings. With that reason I didn’t go to restaurants, instead I bought fresh produces and did simple cook in the unit, as it has the best dining table at the deck. Being the fact that it’s an outbuilding over the roof which provides the 360-degree view, I can handle the occasional noise of the building elevator operation.

The stay has been great!

We went to Genoa with two small children (8 months and 2 and a half years) to visit the city but above all with the very specific aim of meeting the fish of the Genoa aquarium. Our stay was perfect, the apartment is large, spacious and very well cleaned (very important fact since above all the little one is experimenting with moving on all fours) The welcome was fantastic, they were attentive to every detail, we also found pesto, trofie and even a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. The possibility of parking in the building is a very convenient service for those who travel like us with 2 strollers. The central area. I can only recommend it to everyone.

very quick response to all our messages, the apartment is set in a lovely little spot, just renovated, think we were the 3rd or 4th people to stay there, very well finished apartment, amazing views, only 9 mins in the car to the beach at. the cafe del mare restaurants, worth a trip to that beach if you can the water is Cristal clear, the stones very special and different. we will definitely return next time in Genoa ! thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Angelo's apartment. He was very kind and always available, making us feel right at home. The apartment is in a perfect location, within walking distance of the beach and very close to the downtown streets. It's spacious, well-kept and perfect for a family. Everything was really impeccable, we can't wait to go back!

The location of this place is fantastic. A short walk to the public beach and the promenade and close to several playgrounds, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with small children. The apartment has everything you need, and the hosts also included several thoughtful details (like complimentary wine and cookies and a little toy for the children). There was an issue with the internet, but the hosts did everything they could to resolve it, and communicated well. I would stay here again.

My family and I stayed in this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in April 2025. We loved the location in the walking area and the close proximity to restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach promenade. Angelo was a very responsive host and came to the apartment during our stay to help us Canadians understand the heating system. The seating area is upstairs in the loft - very cosy. We would recommend.

Apartment equipped with everything and more (even vacuum cleaner, more than one grater, detergents, baking paper, film, aluminum foil, knife block, condiments, towels, etc.), well-kept, clean, really very nice, only note we found the mattresses too stiff. The accommodation is on the second floor of a very quiet and peaceful condominium, accessible via a large staircase. The sea can be reached thanks to an underpass with steps and a stretch on foot in a few minutes. Very kind host, flexible in schedules and scrupulous. Recommended.

we stayed this weekend. We had a great time.Armin was very helpful,we had a problem and he was very kind to meet us by changing the dates of the stay without any problems, very spacious accommodation very clean in the heart of Savona, convenient to all the amenities, also as many parking lots nearby, not for a fee. As soon as we needed, he came to pick us up close to where we parked xke we couldn't find the accommodation. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!!!Savona is also very nice to visit!!!!

Margherita, her husband & Alice are a lovely beautifully friendly family. Their place is a dream! Cozy little house with a lot of outdoor space with a beautiful view of the mountains and the ocean. Sunsets there were breathtaking. Margherita was always helpful and responsive. I totally recommend this place. We had the best time!

The accommodation is impeccable, well located and easy to access. Shopping shops are nearby. Elisa is very responsive and is always ready to provide tips to make your stay comfortable. A great place to stay in Genoa!

Superb apartment, very clean, modern and functional, very good taste with a surprise of very beautiful murals. A very nice view of the port and the heights of Genoa. It's an apartment we recommend and its host Alessandro is attentive and responsive. Go there!

I really enjoyed my brief 1 night stay with Alberto. The bed was very comfortable and the room both clean and stylish. Breakfast was very enjoyable too. Alberto couldn't do enough to make my stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. He was very pro-active recommending places in Genoa to eat, see and do. I look forward to going back and exploring more when I have more time! Thank you :)
