Welcome to my home! After a brief conversation and a small welcome snack, we will cook together a typical Genoese menu (an appetizer, a first dish of pasta, a second and a dessert) and I will tell you a little history and curiosity about the Ligurian cuisine and its traditions We will also eat what I cooked with my family (it includes unlimited water and a bottle of wine every two guests!) I am very happy to share what I have learned from my mother, mother-in-law and the cooking classes I attended: I am not a professional chef!!!

Let's have fun cooking together! Come and learn how to prepare some typical dishes of the Genoese tradition. I will accompany you by telling you the story of the dishes we will cook. After immersing ourselves in the preparation of the dishes, we will have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea, sipping Italian red wine. At the end of the experience, you will receive your recipe booklet and if you wish, some of the food we have prepared. During the class you will learn how to prepare authentic Ligurian food. We will prepare the doughs, the filling and I’ll share some tips with you. At the end we will eat together what we prepared: Focaccia,, Torta Cappuccina (a vegetable pie), Pansoti (Ligurian ravioli filled with a cheese similar to ricotta and borage) and of course Salsa di Noci (walnut sauce). If you want we can even decide to prepare alternative dishes in advance (at least one week before the lesson). A Cinque Terre Sunset Boat Tour is the most romantic and scenic tour you can experience when visiting the area! We will leave from the pier in Monterosso, you’ll get to admire the colorful five seaside villages from the sea, while we will tell you everything about local history and daily life. We will have an aperitif with local products to taste some typical Ligurian specialties, sipping prosecco and listening to music in the background. We'll go to explore a beautiful hidden coves, and in warmer months you’ll even be able to swim in the crystal clear waters of the National Park while enjoying the sunset. After a short break in picturesque Vernazza (during the less crowded and warm months) we will sail towards the sunset, enjoying this natural performance in the most romantic and peaceful moment of the day. We will be back in Monterosso after sunset. We will leave from Framura port, to escape from the confusion of mass tourism. Aboard a comfortable 6.5 meter boat, we will leave for Bonassola where we will pass in front of its bay for a refreshing swim in the crystal clear waters of the "Prie Rosse", a fascinating spot where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters and not reachable if not by boat. We will admire the beautiful villa overlooking the sea and then head towards Framura. Passing through the beach of "Porto Pidocchio" we will head off the beaches of "Valla '", beautiful sandy beaches difficult to reach and still little known. And more the "pietre rosse" and many others After so many baths and snorkelling, what better than a rich and delicious aperitif with the famous focaccia of "Cueva Blanca" and a glass of 5 Terre wine in a suggestive spot abord of a boat. We'll walk through the historic center along small hidden streets to discover charming squares and stately buildings which tell us old tales, anecdotes and recent stories; you will discover the area as if you were a true Genoese, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to take surprising pics !

In the low season, not too chaotic and sultry, we'll also stop for a visit to the quaint village of Vernazza, or we will finish the tour enjoying the local crystal clear sea once more. Boat trip with aperitif at sunset among music, friends and a unique view. Quite flexible timetable, basically departure around 6.30 to explore the Portofino coast with the last of the sun, unlimited swimming in the most hidden and renowned coves between Santa Margherita, Portofino, San Fruttuoso and Camogli; to finish with a breathtaking aperitif at sunset in the place you liked best. The evening ends with a return to the starting point around 9 as the sun goes down and gives us unique colors. There are 2 boats: - A typical 8-metre Ligurian gozzo completely restored in 2021 which therefore has every comfort: awning, bluetooth audio system, fresh water shower, large sundeck and double fridge. The boat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests plus the skipper who will allow you to enjoy the experience to the fullest. -A new dinghy Salpa Solei 18 from 2023 also equipped with every comfort such as hand shower, fridge, Bluetooth stereo and double sundeck. Ci incontreremo alle ore 10 presso il negozio Blackwave Surf Shop a Recco (GE); dopo esserci cambiati negli spogliatoi faremo un piccolo briefing con la guida che ci spiegherà il percorso e le tecniche di pagaiata, dopo di che saremo pronti per partire. Intorno alle 11 saremo a Camogli per poi arrivare a Punta Chiappa. Essendo un'area marina protetta i punti in cui potersi fermare non sono molti ma le nostre guide metteranno a disposizione la loro competenza per permettervi di godere appieno l'esperienza. Alle 12.30 pranzeremo (ricordatevi di portarlo da casa)poi potremmo fare un po' di snorkeling. Alle 13.30 si riparte per poter tornare a Recco intorno alle 14 e fare una bella doccia rigenerante.

In this cooking lesson you will learn how to cook one of the most typical dishes of the Ligurian tradition starting from scratch: of course I'm talking about pasta with pesto! We will knead different kind of fresh pasta: corzetti, trenette, gnocchi, testaroli or trofie, using traditional tools and we will learn the techniques to shape it. After that we will prepare the famous pesto with the authentic ingredients, obviously with the use of mortar and pestle! We will welcome you with a welcome aperitif / snack in our wonderful location, a flower garden a stone's throw from the Genoa Piazza Principe station and once our dish has been prepared we will have lunch together.

We will start from Porta Soprana, explaining the birth of the municipality of Genoa in the middle ages and the development of the port economy. The next stop will be Piazza Sarzano, the heart of ancient Genoa. We will descend to the church of San Donato and to Via San Bernardo, where the strongholds of the first large families of magnates are located. Then in San Lorenzo to admire the cathedral. Finally, we will descend into Piazza Campetto and talk about the Imperial Palace and the great Genoese aristocracy of the Renaissance. Via Luccoli we will climb up Via Garibaldi, where we will talk about the great financial and building boom of the mid-century, admiring some androns of ancient buildings.

Varazze is part of the Ligurian Riviera known for its clear waters and for its culinary specialties. The rendezvous will be at 5:30 am at the fishing port. Here you'll meet our crew, afterwards you'll be welcomed on board. We'll give you a brief explanation of the work we are going to do, describing the gillnets, places where we are going to fish, and fishes we are looking for. You can watch the crew in action, while having fisherman's breakfast with hot focaccia and a glass of white wine. Other things to note A few days before setting off, we will get in touch to make sure the weather is safe for us to go out at sea. The time varies depending on the season, and therefore also on the type of fishing. The duration of the experience is just an indication, it can vary based on the catch, the weather etc.

First there will be a guided meditation for deep relaxation accompained by gong and tibetan bowls sounds, at the end we will talk about your impressions, then we offer an individual session with the bowls directly on the body ( sound massage).
