Just renovated, a beautiful 26m2 charming studio, ideal for a young couple or single. Bed armchair available for a third person very comfortable (the shower is at the center of the room, and also acts as a light point). Bed 140 elevated. Kitchenette. Be careful with the aesthetic side being a small space and an old structure. The Carmine area and Piazza della Giuggiola are magnificent.
