Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Gearhart

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and had excellent amenities. It felt like a true vacation. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking utensils!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Such a great beach cabin! Comfy beds, comfy couch, great location close to beach and town. We had a great time enjoying the sunshine in the backyard.

Nice place. So close to the road sitting outside was not something we considered though that is in the description. Nicely fenced yard for dogs. Gate is a bit tricky if vertically challenged like myself. Couch downstairs I have to admit is not to comfortable and difficult to get up from. If you have any mobility issues or just aging knees it’s so low slung to the floor it would be easier to get up from the floor. Otherwise very nice spot. Ryan was gracious enough to let our friend bring his dog as well as our two. Comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay and our family would be happy to return. The location is excellent and we enjoyed waking to the beach, restaurants and nearby dunes.

6 Ladies from Canada had a fantastic trip to Seaside! Huge place with ample sleeping steps from the water . We loved the home! Beach was fantastic and the view stunning. We hot tubed, bbq, fire table and had a bonfire . We went into Astoria and visited all the local attractions and enjoyed Cannon Beach. Would stay again ! Fire place is Gas and is BBQ outside. Bathrooms and all amenities provided . Overall 5 Star!

A beautiful location on a very large lot with access to the river and views of the mountains. This is farm country with cows, goats and chickens nearby. Deer would also visit the property. The house is spacious and divided into two separate living quarters under one roof (no door between them). The main quarters has three bedrooms with the fourth bedroom in the “guest” quarters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful and a short walk to the beach! I will say if you have kids, they may want to wear pants on the walk to the beach. The path on the way to the beach has prickly things that cut our toddlers ankles. But the house truly is just a short walk to a more secluded section of beach. Our family had a great trip! No need to leave unless you want to explore. Seaside was a 10 minute drive, so very close and convenient! Our nephew left his stuffy at the house and they mailed it to us, which was so great! We recommend the house for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Erica’s Airbnb, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The accommodation was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home for my entire party. Erica was an exceptional host—responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of town with beach access and secluded yet conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants! I highly recommend staying at Erica’s place for anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in ‘25 on my next trip!

Let me start of by saying this was the PERFECT get away for me and my husband who both work demanding jobs and long hours! The river was so nice and peaceful and the hot tub was relaxing and clean which is sometimes hard to trust when renting an air bnb. Annie is a co-host on site and she was there to help with check in by showing us around and was there when we needed things. The only thing I will say is there is current home construction on the owner Pete’s house so there is a bit of noise through the day but it did not bother us at all !!! When you walk outside you may find Pete working around his yard or in his garage, Pete is the cutest old man ever he is super respectful of his guests being in his space and will check to see if he is a bother or is being too loud 🥹 10/10 recommend this place if your looking for a relaxing getaway by the river ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Falcon Cove is truly a hidden gem! This little A-frame cabin is hands-down one of the coolest and cutest places we’ve ever stayed. Every detail was so thoughtfully designed, and the amenities were next level—from the amazing sauna to the luxurious towel warmer in the bathroom (seriously, such a treat!). We stayed for four nights and loved every minute of it. The location is unbelievable—peaceful, serene, and perfectly tucked away in nature. We especially enjoyed walking down to watch the sunset a couple of evenings—it was absolutely magical. Falcon Cove was the perfect escape, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommend!

This was our second time at this perfectly-scaled-for-two cabin on Nestucca. Karima was always prompt with communication. After reluctantly putting the keys into the lockbox, we went to the beach to say goodbye to the ocean and I got a call from Karima that I forgot my jacket. She was so patient, graceful, and kind when I showed up after the check-out time. This is a truly special spot. A quick drive down to Cape Kiwanda to walk around the dunes and take in expansive and inspiring views. From a hot tub, watch bald eagles shooing away crows, a flock of cormorants slipping into water, herons laughing over head. The kitchen was perfect for us to prepare dinners and snacks of strawberries to enjoy on the dock in the sun. I am looking forward to coming back soon again. Thanks so much.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at the cabin! Everything was just what we needed: quiet, surrounded by nature, and beautifully kept. The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and how easy everything was. It was the perfect getaway to disconnect, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Lovely home and amazing host! There was tons to do just at the airbnb alone. Tons of board games, books, activities, and tons more. The beach access was amazing as well. Toby provided clear and detailed information, and provided a great list of things to do around town. Overall our stay was amazing and I would absolutely recommend planning a trip here:)

Absolute perfection! I wish I could stay here for even longer. The space was super clear, the surroundings and house were beautiful and the amenities were wonderful.
