We had an amazing time at Salma’s big beautiful cottage! It’s like something out of a dream. The cottage itself is very beautifully designed with lots of wooden features & accents both within the interior and exterior. We fell in love with its beauty. It’s super spacious inside and has everything you need for a dreamy cottage weekend. The outdoor hot tub with string lights were a very cute touch! The large property is nestled within a lovely outdoor wooded area that feels far away from busy life but is actually only 15-20 minutes away from most local Traverse city places! So it makes for a great location that is best of both worlds. The cottage was very clean and it was very easy to spend the day lounging around in and then enjoy its cozy nature in the evenings. Salma was very kind and easy to communicate with! She was a wonderful host. We really loved staying here and would love to return someday. This is a true one of kind gem and I’m sure you’d make some wonderful memories here too.

Cute house with a nice backyard area! Host is very proactive with communication and consistently encourages you to reach out if you need anything. Very easy to check-in and locate items throughout the house.

Michelle was an excellent host. The cabin is smaller than pictures appear, but it wasn't a problem for two people. I had to leave a day earlier than planned and she refunded me a day. We had a good experience.

We loved our stay at Anna’s cottage! It was the perfect peaceful sanctuary we were looking for. The property is charming, thoughtfully designed, and elegantly outfitted. The location offers a very private vibe tucked away in the woods while being being in the center of the peninsula and convenient to get around. Anna was a super friendly and helpful host, making sure we had a positive experience every step of the way. We are psyched to return for another retreat at this amazing cottage in the woods!

This cozy, quiet, very clean and homey space has become our favorite rental home of all we have rented. The personal touches really made us feel we were staying at a family or friend’s home. It had paper ware, seasonings, clean pots pans, coffee, zip lock bags, candles throughout the home. The bedding, pillows and towels were top notch. Not to mention the wonderful hot tub, kayaks, dock space, grill and fire pit. I will make mention the 2 bedroom are upstairs. 2 full bathrooms but bathroom upstairs next to bed rooms is a bathtub only. Mark was so pleasant and attentive to answer any of our questions and we look forward to a return trip.

Linda's place was everything we could have wanted and more. It was the perfect cozy cabin, so close to our planned activities, nice and quiet/peaceful, and well stocked with anything we could need. Linda was very understanding and a great host. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!!

We (and our dogs) had an amazing time at Nathan's beautiful home. The setting is ideal—the house is right on the water, the amenities are fantastic, and the neighborhood is beautiful and serene. The house has everything you would want. There is a sweet deck and outdoor area along with a dock and your own private beach—the next house in either direction is almost a half-a-mile away. The perimeter around the house is essentially fully-fenced, which allowed us to swim, paddle board, and hang outside with the pups without worries. Nathan is a great host: He checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. He provided clear instructions about the house and its features, as well as great local recommendations. We really can't say enough great things about our stay. It was by far the most peaceful and relaxing trip we've had and look forward to coming back soon!

Everything was so nice!! She had everything you would need and even went out the way to have little extras like games to play as a family and smores to roast over a fire outside. We had a really good time in Lake City. We will definitely book this place again when we come back.

I have a wonderful time here celebrating my 30th birthday. Even tho the weather was raining I still had such an amazing time, it was so peaceful and relaxing! It literally felt like I was home

Teresa’s place was great. The weather wasn’t as warm as we hoped for our visit, but the cozy house provided a warm place to hang out. The lake access looked beautiful and there’s a small restaurant within walking distance.

We had a great time! Perfect location to see the sights in Traverse City. Very clean, great amenities, great communication!

Jeff’s place was perfect for our weekend up north golfing! It was right next to Houghton lake and we saw some beautiful sunsets over the water.

This is our second time staying at Laurie’s Airbnb and we love it. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the winter wonderland up there. Laurie is very communicative and very helpful. The place is comfy and we love that we can bring our dogs!

We were warmly greeted by Mark as we arrived. The cabin was immaculate, fully-stocked with all needed amenities, and very comfortable beds and living room and porch furniture. The lake view and surrounding area are so peaceful and picturesque. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and enjoying eating and reading on the porch. A perfect place to enjoy family and the beauty of Northern Michigan!

We loved our stay! The place was very clean and the perfect spot for our winter getaway. The location was excellent - we walked to the Beluah business district for dinner each night and enjoyed the shops during the day.

Our car broke down on our way up North so we got to the house very late with no food or water because stores were closed and luckily this house had everything we needed and was so clean and cozy! We enjoyed every room and played lots of games and built a fire everyday. The guidebook was also so helpful! We enjoyed this house so much and would love to come back and stay at Darcy’s again. One of my favorite stays, thank you so much!!

We had an amazing stay! While the weather was a colder Memorial Day weekend than usual, the lake was as beautiful as ever. We traveled with three small ones and two dogs, and everyone had a blast. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had ziploc bags and plastic containers for leftovers. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and the owners were so accommodating, bringing extra sheets and firewood down for us. This place was so wonderful, I even looked at renting it again later in the summer. This is such a great deal and located in the perfect spot. We will definitely be back!

This is our favorite place to stay up north! The house is beautifully kept, and the property offers privacy and serenity. We love the fact that we can let the dogs out and they’re not going to bother anyone. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. There are many beautiful nature preserves and trails near by. Many pretty lakes nearby. A great place to stay if you want to explore northern Michigan!

Perfect location and beach is short walk down the road. Everything we needed and more was in their house. We loved the front deck and listening to the small creek. We did our usual wine tour and visited Fishtown. Everything we visited was 5-15 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your place with us! We will definitely come back……..

My husband and I and our two girls had a wonderful time. The girls loved the loft area. Beautiful fall colors. We went to the Charlevoix Apple Fest while in town, and found some petoskey stones as well. Highly recommended wood shop social restaurant in Mount Pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay! Cleanliness is of most importance to me, and the space was super clean. Also, the place is adorable. Wendy is very responsive, all around 10/10 experience, would stay again in a heartbeat!
