We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage in Elk Rapids! The location is perfect with stunning views of the lake, and we especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. The cottage was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was fantastic—communication was quick and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would love to return in the future! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Kelly’s place over the week of Christmas to visit family and it was amazing. Beautiful views, which is what we initially came for. So peaceful and serene. We watched ducks and walked the beach and found stones and seashells, which my kids loved. Our family stopped by for a short while to visit and they all couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the house was. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back one day! Thanks for everything!

Cute little beach house! Home was very clean and owners were very responsive/helpful. A short 30 minute drive to Traverse City and a few local restaurants with good food and friendly staff. The kids loved the water slide and paddle boat!

We loved how cozy it was for all of us--fit us all just perfectly and hot tub was an amazing. Al the extra amenities, extra blanket every utensils, the fireplace were great. Thank you for the great memories!

Warm & Welcoming. The deck opened up to a beautiful lake view. The cottage is very cute. It would be a tight fit for four adults but perfect for a young family.

The location was absolutely amazing for our family with 2 young children. The sandbar goes out for awhile so my kids were in the water nonstop. We loved using the kayaks and paddleboard, and the kids caught lots of panfish right off the dock.

Jakobs place was perfect for my wife and I’s one year anniversary. We even had our pup with us. We had a wonderful time exploring traverse city and having camp fires out back taking in the beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location right on Lake Michigan! Private beach; seriously so peaceful. This was our second year in a row here and we will be back again!

My husband and I took our pup to this place to celebrate Thanksgiving and loved the amazing spacious kitchen! The view was incredible (even during a blizzard!) and we felt right at home. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Probably the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. John and his wife were kind and quick to respond to our questions. While they live on the property, we did not see them at all during our stay. The water front makes it extremely enjoyable and the lake is quiet. They checked in with us and always made sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back to this rental, hopefully for longer next time!

We absolutely loved Tom’s place! The location was on a beautiful lake and was so peaceful. It wasn’t a far drive from the activities we in Traverse City for. We will definitely look this place up the next time we’ll be in the area.

Cute, cozy cottage for our trip to northern Michigan for the ICEMAN MTB race. House was well stocked (Bluetooth music speakers, laundry soap, plenty of towels and extra blankets). We enjoyed our stay and of the three houses we stayed in for this annual trip, this was the cleanest and most convenient location. Thank you for being pet friendly too.

Had a wonderful week long stay at Joni’s place. The cottage is cozy, charming, and peaceful. It is clearly very well taken care of and had all the amenities and features we would need, and the kitchen was well stocked. Particularly enjoyed the hammock, as well as watching the sunset from the backyard!

Had a great time at the AirBnb. Little rough getting there in the snow with the hills but besides that it was fantastic and Autumn gave very good directions on how to find the place. Her daughter was very helpful with helping us get unstuck from the hill in the snow. And both Autumn and her daughter were very friendly and respectful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway for the weekend up north. And not far from downtown Traverse City, where there’s lots of fun stuff to do.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The location is breathtaking, with Long Lake being one of Michigan's most pristine and picturesque bodies of water. The resort itself was immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Trish is an exceptional host, always responsive and eager to assist with any needs or questions. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The week flew by all too quickly, we were sad to go home. We're looking forward to returning next year.

Kurt's place worked perfectly for my wife and I and our two little ones (3 and 1 year old) for a short stay in August. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view over lake Leelenau and easy drives to explore different places in the area. It was very clean with a nice yard for the kids to play in. Kurt was a great host and easy to communicate with. Hope we can come back another time!

This was our 4th time staying at the cottage. It is the most perfect, private & relaxing vacation we take. It's the best place to decompress & disconnect & is our happy place. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at the cottage! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, the private dock was perfect for cooling off and taking our canoe out. Kevin and Pat were amazing hosts They left us little goodies/snacks and we had plenty of coffee, cream, sugar etc for us to enjoy on the screened in porch! The beds were super cozy and the ac unit and fans did their job when we needed them. All around we reccomend this place to anyone looking for a cozy stay in an absolutely beautiful location! We would 100% stay here again.

We loved this place! Close to town but off the road enough to be quiet. Loved the Lake space and the view was breathtaking. The cottage itself was cozy and quaint but had everything we needed. Our Fall color tour in the surrounding areas was spectacular! Our last night we sat by the Lake and saw the full moon rise and shine on the Lake. We will definitely stay again!

The location is perfect for short day trips to some of the most scenic spots and fun little towns in Michigan. The cottage itself is very well appointed, clean, cozy and feels like home.
