Vacation rentals with a patio in Fruitville

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Denise’s place was great. Despite being next to an airport it was situated in a peaceful and quiet area, and I did not even hear any air traffic. The space itself was super cozy and such a cute theme. The decor in every room was vibrant & welcoming. Bathroom, beach closet, and kitchen were all well stocked. She even had mini coffee creamer and condiments, which other units I have stayed in did not. Furniture & bedding were comfortable. Washer & dryer was a big plus. Overall, a great place..Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay! Extremely well appointed. Everything you need or forgot to bring has been thought of. One of my favorites. - the disposable bedroom slippers - loved them!

Location is always the key, and Jesse's place its just perfect. 3 Min walk to a delicious French Cafe, restaurants. Excellent parking and I really like the little work station!

This place was great for what we needed. It was extremely clean and pretty spacious for being a studio type unit, also loved the private entrance and how close it was to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. And very fair priced, will definitely come back.

we just spent a week at Ryan's place and it was amazing! the space was very clean and organized. this was one of the better equipped airbnb homes I have stayed in. the kitchen was well organized and had many convenient items most places do not have. there were beach chairs, sand toys, and even a wagon, which with having three kids was a blessing. the pool was amazing and maintained the temp of 88. I know some previous reviews discussed jet noise, as this is super close to SRQ but the jet noise was not an issue for us, and there were maybe 10 flights a day that we heard. Ryan was great at responding and providing instructions that were essential for our stay. we had a great time and my kids had the best time and are already asking when we can be back.

Absolutely perfect! So many beautiful words come to mind to describe Edward and Tatyana's exquisite home. The pictures capture only a glimpse of the true experience we had. Brimming with charming details and unique touches, the house left us yearning for more time to explore. Our family of eight reveled in the joy of shared moments and laughter. The idyllic location, surrounded by serenity, provided a peaceful retreat, while the gracious hosts radiated warmth and kindness. We can not wait for our return to this beautiful home.

The place was definitely a home away from home, equipped with everything you need. The cleanest Air bnb I have stayed in. Love the layout, the natural light, the patio, pool and hot tub. Karolina was a super host, attentive, understanding and communicative. It was 6 of us all adults and couples and my mom, It would have being great that the sofa was cozy and comfortable or a sofa bed for her too sleep. But we stayed for only 3 nights and we made it work. Besides that the place is 20 minutes from Siesta key, one of the most beach I have seen. The place gets 10 out of 10 in my chart. Highly recommended it.

This home was a great home for a family. It was updated, modern and great location. Hosts have put a ton of thought into the home and included everything you would need. Everything for the beach including an ice machine, shade, chairs, beach toys, towels, sharks tooth hunting supplies ect. They had awesome bikes with a kids seat, helmets and a golf cart for extra price. Beds were comfortable and had a ton of pillows. Our family who live locally were so impressed and said they would recommend for their future guests!

We just returned home after a week and already miss it. The unit was very clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The park is big so we rented a golf cart from the park at a reasonable price to explore it all. Pool, bar, mini golf etc are all close and walkable so a golf cart is not necessary but it was fun to have one. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with things to do in the area. I would definitely rent again. We are already planning to return with our grandchildren.

It was a great location! Nice view outback. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub! The inside was spacious! We had a great time!

Lovely home in peaceful Pinecraft neighborhood of Sarasota. Jane was helpful and accomodating. The place was spotless. Easy checkin and comfortable beds. Reasonable drive to Lido Beach and downtown Sarasota.

Highly recommend this condo! It is beautifully decorated, spotless and perfectly equipped for a beach getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and convenient trolley stops. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

This place is very centrally located on Siesta Key. Right across the road from the beach and has a very nice pool. Very clear instructions on how to access the condo. Kathy’s place is exactly as described. Had all the amenities needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Summer's place for 4 nights. It was as described in the posting and she was a fantastic host. She responded quickly and was able to accommodate our requests. The apartment was clean and located in a beautiful area. The pool was located on the waterfront and had beautiful views. We were at the pool every day. The location is somewhat remote (not very walkable) but we knew that going in. There are a few bars/restaurants/stores within a 4 minute drive so still accessible. While the apartment is on the small side it was more than enough space for my wife, son and I. The area is surrounded by water and the apartment has a great balcony with some water views. Unfortunately there are mangroves directly in front of the balcony so the view is somewhat limited. Obviously there is nothing the owner can do about this. Overall we had a great stay at Summer's place and would recommend to others.

great place to stay...room was clean, very short walk to the beach, many items in the room available to use (numerous beach chairs, beach umbrellas, life jackets, ect) would definitely stay again!
