It was a very quaint place. It felt like I had my own place as there was a small living room. I hope to come back if I need to stay in the area in the future.

Between the beautiful look of the inside and out of this stay and the care shown by Marvin and Lisa it is overall a 5 star experience

Suranny was a wonderful host, from the beginning until the very end of my stay. We always had great friendly communication. She made sure everything was perfect, she was always very responsive, understanding, helpful and did truly everything to make my stay a very pleasant and great experience. Suranny is absolutely professional as a host but also a very kind and outgoing person. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished. The kitchenette is absolutely sufficient, especially for a shorter stay. Beautiful living room, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom. Unlike some basement apartments, this one is bright. The property is located in a peaceful, upscale neighbourhood. I can only recommend a stay at Suranny's place.

Made a quick trip to the area to visit family and enjoyed staying here. There was lots of space for us and our dog. Kimberly was accommodating with an earlier check in and had thoughtful details throughout.

Avery's place provided us with the perfect location for the Apple Blossom Festival. The apartment was clean, well furnished with great amenities. Avery was very responsive and helped make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

PROs -The hosts are amazing. Very responsive & helpful. They really made things easy and enjoyable. CONs -We used a pot to boil water for my baby. We washed a couple times before use. Even after washing, there was a bad oily residue with a smell. We noticed this throughout our stay and we stopped using all cutlery & kitchenware. -There was a residue in the kitchen sink that I gladly tried cleaning for the hosts. -The pillows are extremely flat & old -Red splatter on blinds & some blinds don 't open -In my opinion, this apartment is put together just enough to make livable. The bathroom paint isn't really complete, the board sizes in pencil are still on the walls. -Every day we came home, there were bugs throughout the apartment, even though windows were closed. (Probably coming from basement) -Whoever was upstairs at the same time constantly hogged the washer/dryer lol. Not a host problem but still annoying. All in all, 10/10 hosts & 3/10 cleanliness

We loved our stay at Mark's place. It was gorgeous, huge, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfy. Quick drive into town. We would stay again! Thank you!

Great stay, no problems. Older basement apt that fit our needs with 4 people and 2 dogs. Sleeps 6 but only 1 bathroom. Short walk to Loudoun street where there is plenty of food and a quaint coffee shop. Michele was excellent host and communicated quickly and check in/out was super easy.

Top notch rental. Convenient location. Worked perfectly for an overnight trip to participate in the Triple Peak Gran Fondo bike race. Highly recommended!

The apartment was lovely and Michele provided great communication and helpful instructions including suggested sights and things to do in the area. The apartment was walking distance to the historic downtown area and we enjoyed walking there daily. We would stay again when in Winchester!

What a delightful and well appointed space! So warm and welcoming, very homey feeling. It was absolutely perfect and I have no idea how anyone could choose a hotel room over such a great apartment. The location was perfect with easy walking to great restaurants. So many very thoughtful amenities were provided, from bottled waters and snacks in the kitchen to everything you could need in the bathroom. We got caught in the rain and some mud and were able to wash our clothes which was super helpful. 100% would stay here again!

Excellent location in Old Town

Great location and very clean! Gillian was an excellent host and very responsive. We really enjoyed Winchester and the proximity to some great hikes!

This was a great place to stay to experience Winchester, super close to restaurants and the Old Downtown. Small and quaint space, more than enough for the two of us who stayed there. Not noisy in the bedroom at all, but there is a bar across the street that is open till 1am on weekends, which was not a problem at all for my boyfriend and I who joined in on the fun. Michele was super helpful and responsive during our stay. This place was worth the price. Overall, great place!
