What an amazing air bnb. So much space! The kitchen area was wonderful with lots of room and literally stocked with everything you could think of or want! IMMACULATELY CLEAN entire house! Loved all the little reminder notes-- not in your face at all but just cues for little things! The 2 car garage was wonderful and I loved that it was lockable with a code. Overall just so welcoming, roomy, clean, comfortable, lots of space and exactly what we needed after heading to Purdue 3 days in a row! We knew we would come back to comfort! Thank you!!

Mike is who we dealt with and he was absolutely a fantastic host. The property was stunning and he gave us a tour of the barn with the chickens, helped us figure out the paddle boat on the pond and enjoyed s’mores with us! He truly made us feel like we were honored guests on his property and you can tell he adores being a host. He had easy to follow instructions for check in and check out. We went into the weekend looking forward to a “quaint and cozy” experience and we “wow”ed how much he went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. While the house itself was fine, it was really the surroundings and hospitality that made us sure we want to come back. Thanks Mike!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Jesse’s place. It’s in a great location, short walk to Broad Ripple and minutes to downtown Indy. It was a great spot to enjoy time with family while we were in town for the Indy 500.

We enjoyed our stay. Ellen's place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. An older home, it brought back memories of a similar apartment we had just a few blocks away "back in the day". Parking and entry in the back was super convenient, as were the restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We love the neighborhood and appreciate its proximity to the various biking/walking trails and nearby Broad Ripple Village. We would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our large family! Loved that there were toys for the little kids. The bedrooms had plenty of beds and space for everyone. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Cute coffee/tea bar. Plenty of space for parking. The kids loved to play on the train in the yard- very unique! Hot tub certainly did not disappoint. Great space for entertaining.

We had 3 families and our dogs stay over a long weekend. The house was the perfect size and allowed for separate kid and adult space. The location is very walkable and close to coffee shops, parks, etc. There was quite a bit of construction while we were staying but once it’s done, it seems like the perfect location. Host was very responsive with any concerns.

This was a great place to stay! We had an amazing time. Very clean and spacious!

Our second stay at this gem ABnB. Would NOT HESITATE to stay there in the future. Clean, well stocked, and very easy access. Love the friendly cat (we call Greyson) that greets you at the base of the steps every morning and welcomes you home for the evening.

We moved to Texas last year so it was nice to return back to Carmel and visit with family and friends. The location was very central to walking paths and many restaurants and watering holes. The place was clean and very well organized. The amenities were perfect! We felt right at home and I would highly recommend staying here for your next adventure to Carmel, whether for business or leisure! Shone & Renee

Phillips place is a gem in a popular area with more shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance than you could possibly go to. Even though it was within walking distance to everything it was secluded enough with the trees and being one street away from the activities that it was quiet and peaceful. The balcony is private and perfect for relaxing. The steam shower was a nice bonus and the eclectic decor was great. Phillip was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. We loved it so much we've already booked another stay.

The location and view were great! Also having the parking garage was awesome for that location

Great space! I had an unfortunate change in my arrival time and was Lystina was gracious enough to accommodate! The place was clean, with a lot of comfortable spaces to sit and be in. The description of the pace and surroundings were spot on. Easy walk to the convention center, the bars and restaurants on S. Meridian St, and the basketball arena. I recommend this, and would get this space, again!

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

I recently spent 3 nights in the apartment whilst attending a trade exhibition. The apartment was clean, tidy and easy to find. It was perfectly located for accessing the Indianapolis Conference Centre. The facilities were great and worked perfectly for me and my colleague. Would highly recommend.

Place was great for the 4 of us! Was right downtown by parade for the Indy 500. Had an amazing time!

Jed, Deveney and Erika were amazing hosts. They made sure we had clear and accurate information for check in and check out. They also answered questions with super helpful suggestions and were very quick with their replies. As to the condo, it was perfect! The cool deco of the condo caught our attention it was so thoughtfully executed. It truly transformed the long weekend. Aside from great deco, the condo was squeaky clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. There were also lots of places to eat at and visit right in walking distance. We definitely recommend and are planning on staying here again in the future.

Everything was great! Clean & great location. The only issue that I had was the a/c setting which was listed on description of the apartment. It was just hot. 69 degrees while sleeping is very warm for me and my family. An option of a fan for each room would be nice
