Outstanding host, very responsive ensuring our stay was the best it could be. Cute neighborhood with beautiful pool and attentive HOA staff. We loved walking to the beach everyday and the sturdy wagon was a game changer for hauling our gear and everything we could possibly want with us to spend the day on the beautiful white sandy beach. Christina’s house had everything we needed and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The Welcome Guide (app) was a go to with all the information at our fingertips. We enjoyed our extended stay in Christina’s home and made great memories with family who visited us. Thank you for being an amazing host and sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home just like the pictures. There is a grill, but we did not use it as the kitchen had a plentiful amount of cookware to feed our very large group! Kids loved the bunk beds. The fifth bedroom with the queen bed was a little small compared to the other bedrooms especially if you decide to use the pullout bed under it as well for another person - it pulls out to the bedroom sliding door. Still gets the job done for sleeping, beds were comfy. Heated pool is a must during spring time, as it was a little chilly and windy. The house is just a couple mins walk down to the beach and it was never crowded. Tonya was very responsive to all our questions and was quick to resolve any issues.

Iva and Greg were great hosts, they were very helpful and fast when we needed help with a few things. The house was very clean and is very nice. Great place to stay with family or friends. The pool is so nice!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Peaceful and quiet. Host were very responsive and checked on us throughout. We will definitely be staying again.

Spent a week there with our kids. Pool was awesome and warm during late March/early February. It was a short walk to the beach. The space was well designed, clean and inviting. Hosts were very responsive. Enough room for more than one family. Golf cart was very convenient and a great way to get around the area. Plenty of restaurants close by as well.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

Beautiful home on the lake steps to the beach. Host was beyond helpful and responsive. Great price and great location nature everywhere. One of our favorite spots on 30A definite must book. Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating.

Hannah helped chatted with me before booking to help decide if her location suited our needs. She had great suggestions from fishing spots to what bait to use! Great stay!

We had an incredible week! From beginning to end - everything was just perfect. Check in was super easy and the place was beautifully clean when we arrived. Nikki has thought of everything to make your stay the best - from beach towels hanging in the entryway - a coffee maker in the master bathroom so you don’t wake everyone - plenty of books to read - these little details just added more fun to the whole experience! We loved having the Sound in the backyard - our kids had so much fun catching crabs and fish in the little river system back there. And the sunsets off the deck - gorgeous. The Gulf is so easy to get to with many different access points - we had fun hunting for shells, jumping waves, and seeing dolphins there! It was so quiet and relaxing - a week to unplug and just be together as a family. We hope to be back soon! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

Great place and great host! The pictures shown do not do the place justice! We were shocked when we walked in. Very easy short walk to the beach too. Kids also caught plenty of bass in the pond out back.

What a beautiful house! The house looks better in real. Also very child friendly with a kids playroom. We loved to stay in the house with a wonderful pool, 9 min walk to the beach - but we used the free bicycles and needed only 4 minutes. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would love to come back!

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME WITH THE PLACE. IT WAS CLEAN AND LOVED THE GIFT OF THE SPICES. VERY SPACIOUS. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. DECORATED NICE AND BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE.

This property is a treasure! The large back yard and side yard had wonderful grass that made letting our mini doodle out in the morning and for playtime absolutely perfect! The porches were so relaxing. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. We had everything we needed and more! Such a cozy and comfortable cottage. Short walk to the beach access exactly as described. We would love to stay here again!
