What a sanctuary. A very safe, quiet & relaxing stay. Sitting in the hot tub at night, gazing at the stars by the light of the moon was a true delight. Wonderful kitchen to cook in. Very comfortable furnishings in the living room. All surrounded by the peace & quiet of nature. A short drive away is Rome with great little shops on Broad St. Good coffee at Swift & Finch & lunch at The Mellow Mushroom. Piper & Kenzie were the best fury, four-legged greeters. They are very sweet & well behaved. James is an excellent communicator, very friendly & obliging. We’ll be back. Thanks!

This place was great - exactly what we needed. Sharon goes above and beyond. Everything you could need or expect from a nice hotel, she provided - water, soaps, lotion, etc. She was friendly without being intrusive and available when needed. A great place to stay and we will definitely use this place in the future.

This is a hidden GEM. One of my favorites I’ve stayed at so far. It’s in the perfect location for getting around the area, the view of the back yard is amazing. The home was so cozy and comfy, the beds are the most comfortable travel experience I’ve slept on in my life. We loved our stay and really hope to make it back.

This was one of the most wonderful stays I have had! The accommodations were perfect, nothing missing. The atmosphere was lovely and so comfortable and quiet. I really enjoyed watching the animals too. I brought my father who has mobility issues and it was easy for him to get around. The grocery store and other conveniences were not far. Shannon’s instructions were clear so getting on the property and in the cabin was easy. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday here that we will always remember! I highly recommend Steer’s Place

We were in Rome for a bowling tournament. The house was amazing! Conveniently located to restaurants, the bowling center, convenient store, etc. Very clean, nicely decorated and welcoming. The hot tub was wonderful for two people to relax after a long day. The back yard and covered porch was relaxing as well to sit and have your morning coffee or read a book. The bedding was comfortable and the pillows were wonderful, which my husband and I found very refreshing, since in the past we have had bad experiences. There was plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was large and well equipped. I could go on and on. The accommodations were just as he described. We are excited to learn of more that Rocky's cabins have to offer for our next adventures!

Bella Vista Loft was WONDERFUL. Incredibly spacious. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful porches. It was PERFECT for our girls weekend. The ladies were squawking all weekend how great it was. We had easy, friendly, and timely correspondence with Julie as well. Thank you! Will definitely recommend!

Amy and Todd were truly fantastic hosts—friendly, welcoming, and attentive! Their home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, making it the perfect place to relax. The location was ideal for me, as it was close to my daughter, and the surrounding area added so much to the charm of my visit. The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Having access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus—it made my stay even more convenient. Amy and Todd went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. This was a wonderful place to rest and relax. It was very peaceful and quiet. This was a full one bedroom with kitchen and living area. It was very spacious and clean and well supplied. The owner was extremely attentive made everything go very smoothly positive interactions all around. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anyone in the area looking for a place to stay.
