Sets SUPER close to the road. Built 1919, w/ modern conveniences added. Not the Tag Mahal. If you like fancy, we arent your vibe. Think like visiting granny. 10-15 mins from Berry College. Floyd and Redmond Hospitals, 5-8 mins away. Near downtown w/ rivers and bridges. Little River Canyon has breath taking scenes. Visit the beautiful acres of Berry College or tennis center. Welcome to our cozy studio apartment on Broad Street in downtown Rome! Sleeps 4 comfortable. Price is for 2 then $25 per night per person up to 5. There's a comfy sectional and a well-stocked kitchen. Location near bars, restaurants, Berry College, Shorter College, Darlington, and tennis center. There is a Massage Spa located in the building downstairs and I can help schedule for a massage or facial. We also do couples massages. Just let me know if you would like me to handle that for you.

Enjoy walking, fishing, kayaking, biking, and hiking. Bring your gear and go! This space is adjacent to our residence. Generally, we do not see guests unless they want to interact. The space is open and has a lot of natural light. Bring a mask if you are a light sleeper. We live on a gravel drive, it is easy to navigate!
