A perfect little piece of paradise! Super clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The kids loved fishing and seeing the deer across the canal. Would 100% book this great little place again!

We loved this place and wished we could have spent more time there. It was a last minute booking and Kimberly answered the request right away. Beautiful property, out in the country but borders a preserve. Close enough to several small towns with great shopping and restaurants. Back porch is a great set up for cooking out, watching sports and hanging by a fire. Plenty of room for kids to play outside, fenced in and safe. We will absolutely go back and spend more time in the area.

We travel frequently & have experience w/many different types of hosts. Emily was the most incredible, flexible & accommodating host EVER!!! She FAR exceeded an average host to say the least! She did everything she could to ensure we were satisfied prior to & after booking. We honestly cannot say enough good things her! We're beyond inpressed! Emily's house was perfect! Exactly as described in the listing. The living room has a big cumfy sectional couch, a huge tv & is perfectly located next to the open kitchen/dining area. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very big & have tvs & sitting areas much like a suite. The master bath is gorgeous! The sreened lanai & fenced in yard was awesome for our dog. Neighborhood was great/quiet/safe & the neighbors were super friendly. The location was absolutely perfect. In biking distance of the state park, bike trail, lake & more. It was close enough to restaurants, stores & activities. But the property still felt private. We will absolutely be returning!

Susan’s place was great, really peaceful, we had canoes and barbecues and a place called the freezer just down the road, a short bike ride away, ice cream bar everyone in in area is super friendly, we’d totally recommend it to anyone. A great place to stay.

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend as we explored the area, hiking trails, biking, and kayaking. The home was absolutely perfect, super convenient to town, but just smidge outside so it was nice and quiet. The sunsets over the lake can’t be beat! Loved the back yard, screened in porch and even made a little gator friend down by the dock. Jaquie was super responsive, very friendly and personable, and all of the little touches in the home were so appreciated! Everything from the house guide to the board games to the binoculars to the Keurig… All of those conveniences were so appreciated. I highly recommend the stay

Great house in the Villages close to many great restaurants. I loved the ability to swim in a private beautiful pool every morning. I highly recommend!

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

This was our second time staying with David in his beautiful tiny house. We loved it just as much as the first time. Everything was very clean and there was everything we needed. We loved the peace and quiet and the porch where we could enjoy our coffee with a view of Wildfire the horse🐎 Many thanks to David, who was always there for us, no matter what we needed. Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my friend and 2 dogs. BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Close proximity to the springs, restaurants, and activities! Would 100% stay here again.

Spent a month at Anita’s. House and pool area beautiful. Kitchen very well stocked. Anita would reply very quickly to any questions we had.This house is in an excellent area for touring on motorcycles. Anita is a perfect host. You will not be disappointed .

As always it was a pleasure and we are looking forward to coming back!

We are so happy we chose Dardens cabin as our spot to reset and relax. We work a lot and rarely get a chance to take time for ourselves and we were definitely due. My favorite part was being able to sit in the screened in patio, read a book and enjoy the beautiful nature outside while my boyfriend cooked on the grill. This place did exactly what we needed it to do and would definitely come back again.

Very amazing stay at Dons! He was very helpful and responsive dealing with our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but will def be planning to stay with him again our next trip down! Beautiful home and surroundings as well.

I really didn't want to leave a review because I wanted to keep this comfy and homey place to myself! I love everything about this tiny home.

Our 2nd one month stay at this lovely cottage. It's an excellent location on a channel to access Lake Henderson. Perfect for bass fishing. The home is clean and comfortable. It's spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is organized and well stocked . We enjoyed the patio, particularly the newly installed gazebo which provided shade during sunny days. The view from the patio is relaxing and perfect for sunrises. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy 3 mile ride down 44 sidewalk to get to the Withlachoochee Bike Trail. Spent many hours fishing. Every Monday we'd make the the 45 minute drive to the Webster Flea Market (excellent stop for produce) then stop for lunch at Big Bass Grill on Lake Panasoffkee. Easy drive to Winn Dixie. Would absoulutely stay again,
