House vacation rentals in Flagler Beach

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Eason’s place is perfection. Everything was exactly as described and went above and beyond our expectation. Clear communication, absolutely no issues during our day. It’s in a great location and so close to the beach. 10/10 recommend you book it!

We rented the house for a family gathering and to celebrate our daughter's graduation and it was perfect. The host was amazing and the property has everything you need and more. Our stay was perfect and we created great memories at this home. We highly recommend it.

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time! The house was exactly as advertised, exceptional clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was a great location with everything we wanted in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful family reunion at Theresa’s lovely house. There was something for every age group to do. The yard was very private and yet you could walk to coffee shops and even to downtown. The pool was wonderful and the house was spacious. The host was very accommodating and even my dog felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

Maya was EXTREMELY responsive, answered all my questions within minutes of sending her a message. The place was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The outside space was perfect for a family gathering. The pool and ability to dine outdoors and grill out (on a nice clean Weber Grill) was a highlight. The place accomodated our group of 8 perfectly. The living space provided a nice space for game night and eating our meals together. I would highly recommend this place. It was a quick easy walk to a very quiet, pretty beach. We will stay here again.

The stay was amazing, the house was beautiful and well kept. Loved that it was dog friendly perfect for our dog, she loved the backyard. Very nice that it’s only a block away from Main Street lots of great restaurants and was a quick 15 min walk to the pier and the beach. The house had all the amenities one might need on vacation. Perfect stay definitely will be returning.

This is an amazing home at a great location that is about a 5 mins walk from the beach. The home is comfortable with cozy sofas, equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and even an outdoor sitting area with grill. Perfect place to stay and come back to after a long day out.

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

Rented the home for my daughter's pre-wedding trip. We used to live in Sanford, so very familiar with the area. Great location between the beaches and theme parks. Lots of good local shopping and restaurants as well. The home had everything we were looking for. Very cozy, great amenities, and private. Would definitely rent this home again.

Love this place. We make a yearly trip to Daytona for a music festival and this was our second time booking with Matt. Matt is a great host and the house is perfect for me and my friends. Will be in touch about booking for next year's festival when details emerge.

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

We were in town for a graduation. This house was across the street from the venue so we were able to walk. The house was comfortable for our family and the yard was perfect for our dog. They provided everything we needed for a two night stay. Would definitely recommend!

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

Didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb but upon arrival everything was as expected the house was clean pool was nice had enough space close to interstate which was good everything was perfect if I had to complain maybe more towels recommended and will come back

We had a great stay here. Sheri is a great host, was very response and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a lovely stay! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool! I will definitely stay here again next time I am back in the area. Also enjoyed The Cracked Egg for breakfast and The Hull House for supper.

We really enjoyed this house! We had 2 families staying. Was enough room for all of us! Having the pool was awesome, especially when it got windy at the beach. Easy walk to the beach with closet full of beach gear. The beach was empty and huge. Publix 5min from the house. Easy drive into town. Would totally stay here again

We had a change in plans and booked this last minute, so we weren’t expecting much but it was an incredible stay. Chris was very communicative and the place was great. Probably not our last time staying here.

This is my family’s second vacation at this house. This is a wonderful home. We hope to stay there again next year. It’s our vacation home away from home.
