The house was just as described. Clean and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Great convenient location. Neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely stay again the next time were in the area.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location we were right on the beach. There were multiple great restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as a tiki bar .7 mile away to the right and 2 miles to the left. We loved sitting out in the chairs on the balcony and watching the sun come up and going up on the roof in the evening and watching the sunset behind us! We actually went to several of their recommended restaurants, nearby, and almost all of them we could walk to. We did not need a rental car to stay at this property, which was awesome. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Carolina Beach.!

Missy Was a very lovable and communicative host. Responded to everything I had to say! Place was beautiful , very clean and local to the beach , mini golf and not far from the boardwalk. I will be booking with Missy again!

We are so very thankful to have been at Jenn and Ian’s home during our military move and house hunting. We experienced no less than absolute kindness and consideration, and all aspects of our stay were such a respite! We have a large family and pets, and each of us was not only comfortable and easily accommodated in the house layout, but also found plenty to do to occupy our downtime. The kitchen was well stocked, everyday supplies were readily available in ample provisions, and communication with the hosts was seamless and always a pleasure. We would not only highly recommend this home to other guests; we would be more than happy to stay again!

10/10!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this sound-side waterfront property. The location was ideal - just a 6-7 minute walk to the pier/beach and adjacent to the 2.5-mile "loop" walking path. The pet-friendly policy was perfect for us, allowing access to the property's essentially private beach area where there are paddle boards and kayaks. During the summer dog restrictions on public beaches, this private access was invaluable for our furry companion. The unit features large windows that maximize the incredible views. The interior was immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The kitchen/living area opens to a spacious porch - the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The beverage fridge did a great job of maintaining a consistent 36-degree temperature. Jarrod & Jennie are fantastic hosts - quick to respond and embodying that quintessential good-vibes attitude you'd hope for at the beach! Blue Surf is ideal for couples, with or without pets

Condo exactly as advertised. Elevators VERY MUCH appreciated. Complex wonderfully convenient for beach access. Beach was clean, lovely and uncrowded.

My husband, dog and I had a great stay at the Sand Dune Delight. It's in walking distance to the beach and a pier bar! There is also a pool. The area felt very safe, it's a perfect location for a little beach trip. It has two balconies, one has a view of the pool and one faces the beach where you can hear the waves. We really enjoyed this condo and would definitely stay here again! The only things I would note are if you are a light sleeper, the mattress is very creaky... also, the water in the condo has a very strong smell. If you're sensitive to either of those, Keep them in mind. For the price, I can't complain. It was perfect for what we were looking for!

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

This place was everything we were looking for in a long weekend getaway. It is clean, cute, comfy and is located on a quiet street yet close to restaurants, historic area and local beaches. The water view from the deck was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee and the sunsets were stunning. Our fur baby enjoyed the gated deck. The hosts are friendly & attentive but not intrusive. We are definitely going back.
