the house , the deck and the beach were great. There were also plenty of beach toys and chairs which we had asked about. Kitchen was a nice size and well equipped. Weather worked out also. A small thing, compared to other beach rental experiences , the house lacked sufficient consumables (paper towels, coffee filters, soap, etc.) which would have been better if communicated beforehand so we could have picked up missing items before arrival.

This was the perfect weekend stay for our small family! The condo was spacious, clean, and surprisingly toddler-friendly, which we really appreciated with a 2- and 4-year-old in tow. It’s just one block from the public beach access, and there were plenty of fun places to explore within a mile. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a relaxing family getaway!

We visited Ronnie’s beach house in April, and it was welcoming and peaceful. When we arrived, we noticed some new wood on the steps and a wreath on the door. Those initial observations gave us a feeling that the owners care about presentation and maintenance of their place. Upon entry, our daughter said it smelled clean which was another relieving detail. Beds were made, linens were fresh, and the overall space was comfortable. I was looking for a peaceful retreat right on the beach, and this place was therapeutic for me. Ronnie was responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The owners have a great recommendation for a breakfast place, and our favorite restaurant was The Shuckin’ Shack. It was hard to leave the sounds of the ocean to return back to our busy schedules. Hope you enjoy a stay as much as we did.

Very easy to locate! Loved the proximity to the beach. Host was very responsive.

We loved our stay at the condo! The location was great and very quiet. It was the perfect size for my family of four. The kids were a bit sad the pool was closed since the cover was off and it appeared to be open but the closed sign was up but we knew there was a good chance it wouldn’t be open for the season. The building’s outdoor shower was also off but the one on the beach access worked great.

Michael's condo was just as advertised...clean and comfortable with fresh, updated furnishings and of course the gorgeous ocean view from the balcony. Beach access couldn't be easier, and the location roughly half way between the boardwalk area and the Carolina Beach Pier was ideal for walking to these destinations (either along the beach or on the road which is a smaller road with a 25mph speed limit so it felt safe to walk along). We were fortunate to have great weather while we were there and enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony and were treated with dolphin sightings. Be aware there are quite a few stairs to climb if you have heavy bags or any issues with stairs; it was totally worth it for us to be on the top floor with such a great view but might be an issue for some. Kitchen accessories were clean seemed new. We could tell that some recent improvements had just been made to the stairs and railings, etc. so all was nice and new. Easy parking underneath the condo.

The cottage is as described, small but very comfortable, private access to the beach is a plus, I recommend, Jerome

Great place to stay at Sunset! Pierre and Angela were great hosts, very responsive, and have a great place to enjoy a vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here for the week. It’s very close to the beach, walkable and easy to navigate. The decks and outdoor furniture are comfortable. The beds and indoor furniture were also very comfortable which is nice.

Nice clean space, the host was wonderful and the home was beautiful.

It was a great location. Host was friendly and helpful. Flexible and allowed us to check in early. Place was clean and exactly as listed. Would stay again!

this plac is amazing the pictures don't do it justice when you walk in the door it's like a new home every thing is in great condition I will definitely be going back

I loved Jarrod’s place! It was perfectly located for us and our dog. Being so close to everything was so convenient. We love WB, we will definitely be coming back!

The fact we had to basically clean the place before leaving was not my favorite thing. We came for vacation, not to clean. It was a great location. Overall, a great week trip. We don't get to see our family often, so this was good.

This has been a long stay and although we weren’t at our home, we felt like it! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I appreciate them for working with me and providing an extended stay for my son and I. Every place we travel to daily is within 10 minutes of the location which was perfect for us. I would recommend to stay here any day! Anything I needed or needed help with, they were easily accessible for assistance.

We had a wonderful visit to Carolina Beach. The house was spacious, beautiful and immaculate. We strolled the few blocks to the beach daily. The owners graciously helped us locate a tire repair shop as we had a flat tire shortly before arriving. The area was inundated with 20” of rain several days before we arrived. It was shocking how quickly the businesses recovered.
