Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fannin County

We really loved our stay here! The cabin is in a cute little neighborhood that is super quiet and peaceful and we discovered a trail within the neighborhood that meandered along a stream. Really close to Ellijay (cute town) and a bunch of water (rivers, lakes, etc - great for a heat wave). Chelsea was easy to communicate with and reliable. Minimal checkout effort required. We will be coming back!

This place was so peaceful and relaxing. Kids had a blast kayaking the creek. The swing into creek was a big plus for kids also. House was clean and loved the screened in porch with fireplace and tv.

River View Relaxation!! We loved our stay at Toccoa House Properties! We chose it for the view but loved that we were able to explore trails, play disc golf, easily visit Blue Ridge and Ellijay, and cook outside on the Blackstone Grill while wildlife played around us. It was the perfect getaway. Next time we might bring the whole family.

A wonderful place to get away for peace and tranquility. Very close to the best winery in the area as well as best orchard. Short drive to downtown Blue Ridge where all the action is but off the beaten path from the chaotic tourisim. Highly recommended!

This is the nicest air bnb we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and the hosts have thought of every detail. The place truly exceeding our expectations and we highly recommend this home.

We stayed at Sugar Mountain Haus for a week, and my 9 year old never wanted to leave! The gorgeous pictures on the listing are accurate. Comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, very up to date appliances, and the most well-appointed kitchen I’ve ever seen at an Airbnb. While the property itself is beautiful, fun-filled, and unique, the real standout of our stay was the amazing hosts. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I reached out to them a few times for help with things and they were immediately responsive, kind, and incredibly proactive every time. It’s clear that they truly want to ensure that their guests have a great time at the property. Make sure you read the instructions for finding the house & getting up the gravel road! Don’t rely on map apps, they are often unreliable in these mountains. Make sure you take advantage of movie nights in the dome! Well worth a few late bedtimes!!

After getting lost by our own accord, Jennifer and Dean were super responsive in guiding us to the right way. Upon arrival everything was just as described and pictured, SIMPLY MARVELOUS! The cabin is named correctly - Killer View! I could have stayed on the deck the entire time and been totally content! Sunrises were out of this world and the view was spectacular! The cabin was super cozy and the amenities were great. I really don't know how anything could have been better. We wanted for nothing! Whatever we needed was right there. Jennifer and Dean are super hosts and I'd love to go back to Killer View Cabin in the future. Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! You won't be disappointed if you choose Killer View Cabin! Where to begin?! This has truly been one of our favorite stays. The Fernhaven Cabin felt like home the moment we walked through the door. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated for guests—from the high-end finishes to the quality products provided throughout. We especially loved making popcorn on the stove and enjoying s’mores by the fire pit—everything was provided, and our kids were just as thrilled as we were! Each morning we woke to the peaceful sound of the river, and each night was magical with fireflies lighting up the trees around us. The river view from the sauna was an awesome surprise! And spotting deer on every drive to and from the cabin quickly became a fun game for our young boys—there were so many, we lost count. We can’t say enough about how beautiful and cozy the cabin was for our four-night stay. The memories we made here are truly priceless. Thank you, Lori and Joe, for being such gracious and thoughtful hosts. You made this trip special for our family!

Beautiful cabin, unfortunately it was raining almost the entire time we were. Never lost power due to backup system it has which was awesome. Thank you Morgan for a very comfortable and cozy stay!!

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is it!! Really cute and cozy spot. The cabin is decorated really cute and was very clean! Outside area was also very relaxing with a creek nearby and a hot tub. Only complaint was the master bedroom tends to be hotter than the other rooms. Other than that absolutely loved the place and will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars My fiancé and I had the most peaceful stay here! The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and completely private. Every detail—from the soft bedding to the gorgeous decor and calming color palette—made it feel like a true retreat. The bed was a bit soft for our personal preference, and we do like having a TV in the bedroom, but honestly, the cozy couch with a view more than made up for it. There are outdoor cameras, which at first made us a little uneasy, but they were only at the entry and facing the driveway. We totally understand and respect the added security. One heads-up: it’s a bit of a drive to get to town or stores, and once you’re on the road out there, cell service is nearly gone. That said, the disconnection actually added to the peacefulness. If you’re looking for privacy, serenity, and a gorgeously styled getaway, this is the spot. We’d absolutely stay again!

This place is incredible, I almost don't want to give it a perfect review since we are excited to come back often. Elijay area is the most perfect mountain town that does not feel touristy. The house was within a 20 min drive of lots of hikes, restaurants and wineries. Can't wait to visit in the fall to see the leaves change color!
