Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Evansville

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was ideal for us. Had everything a person would need, therefore contacting John was not necessary. The home was exceptionally clean. Due to rainy weather we didnt get time to check out the town but should we be in the area we will make we do so and if available will stay here again. I recommend this place more definite.

The house was great. Our dogs especially loved the big yard. Kathleen was very responsive and helpful. We had a show to get to, so she made sure we could check-in early and on time to make it for the show. For being in a neighborhood, the house was very peaceful. It was a relaxing stay, and would definitely stay there again.

This is our 2nd time staying in Brenda’s place and we love it. The location is perfect, the town is beautiful and safe, lots of local quaint places to eat right on the River, coffee shops and ice cream shops so close, easy to walk and enjoy. The rooms are big in this house. And very clean! The beds are very comfortable. We always check availability here anytime we have an event in Evansville.

This a great place to stay, the house is just right for two people. The second bedroom is great for two other people for friends to stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The neighborhood is awesome, great restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. The river is nearby, 2 blocks , so you can walk along the bike trail for 5 miles . Quiet neighborhood which is nice. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking items needed. Well stocked with supplies ie toilet paper, soap( personal and kitchen). Some spices are provided. The living room is large and a small porch. Just a awesome place to stay

Erin was a perfect host. She always responded to my messages within a few minutes. She reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved watching the chickens and turkeys! It was quiet and peaceful. Easy to find. Everything was clean. Had air fryer, griddle, pizza pan, and more. He was very kind and let us check in early.

Keep in mind when booking this is an older place with the issues that older apartments have. For the price I was happy with this apartment. The hosts made this place amazing. Extremely kind, understanding, and checked on me multiple times when the weather was bad. Made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed when new people were coming into adjoining apartments. I felt safe and with parking off the street and right next to the apartment I never felt anxious walking to and from my car early in the mornings and late at night. Even got occasional visits from sweet stray cats and talked to some of the neighbors sometimes who were very kind. I would stay here again.

Great space. Fit everyone comfortably. Carlisle and Angie were quick to respond to messages. The location was easy to find and easy to access. Very clean!

What a lovely space! The rooms are spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed. We spent hours outside on the front porch watching the world go by. Will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area!

Great place to stay when visiting family and attending a wedding in town. It was perfect for what we needed! Morgan was super responsive when we messaged her and our stay overall was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful touches and relaxing atmosphere of this vintage home. David was a great host, very responsive, and helpful in every way. Coffee, tea, condiments, and all essentials were really appreciated. Kingsize poster bed was super comfortable. Made us feel like we were in our own home. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Nick and Brett’s Airbnb. We would give more than 5 stars if possible. It’s homey, very clean, beautifully decorated inside and out, great location and great hosts! We want to stay here every time we return home to Evansville!

Our second time staying at Jared's. Absolutely beautiful place. The covered deck overlooking the river is absolute perfection. Highly recommend.

We LOVED Misti's place. Great location in a quaint down-town near the river with fun restaurants and local shopping all within walking distance. The apartment is beautiful and felt luxurious! Would highly recommend it!

Very nice and well kept. Near highway but quiet. Beds comfortable. There is a staircase so just keep that in mind for bad knees. :-) We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our family of four stayed and we loved it. Super convenient to the zoo and the mall. It seems brand new. Cozy and comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

Everything was spectacular. The location, the furniture, the cleanliness, and etc .. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. It’s definitely worth the price.

We visited Evansville to experience the total solar eclipse. This home was as described, and had a great little yard for us to hang out in to enjoy the experience. The unit where we ended up staying is located close to an intersection, so there is a bit of road noise, but it is also very convenient as there is a convenient store directly across the street. The hosts were very accommodating. They had to make a couple of changes to our reservation and went above and beyond to make sure it was acceptable to us. This is a new construction and everything was very comfortable and clean!

Great place loved the area but that particular unit right on busy street. The unit very clean very nice!! Would go again! Maybe different unit
