We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

The beach is an 15 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass near by. This may disturb your sleep, especially if you are a light sleeper. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Nestled in the relaxing community of Lake View, we’re close to Hamburg, 20 minutes from downtown Buffalo, and a 45 minute drive to Niagara Falls. There are so many wonderful places to go, people to meet, and things to do, here locally, and so many more to explore within an hours drive!

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
