We stayed here for a Sabres game and it was amazing. The location was great! a quick ride to restaurants and to the arena. The place is stunning! So much character. We were sad to only stay one night! We will definitely book again!

We had another lovely stay at this apartment! It’s the perfect location to stay, when attending events at SUNY Fredonia. The apartment is always spotless and feels welcoming. We also appreciate that they welcome our furry friend!

What a find! I loved every second of my stay and was able to have a great spot near the Bills Game. Best place to book if you want to beat traffic and have a Homebase before or after the game! Would definitely stay here again and felt welcomed by the host to come back anytime.

My husband and I had an exceptional visit to Niagara Falls. Anderson and hosts ensured that our stay was both comfortable and cozy. They were exceptionally responsive and meticulously detailed every aspect of our experience. The location is conveniently situated yet secluded within a tranquil neighborhood. Dan’s place is just as described. It is in the perfect location for visiting Buffalo… Close to everything but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb.

This was a great spot for a quiet girls’ weekend with a best friend. Dorothy’s home is inviting and clean. Well stocked and homey feeling. We loved cooking and baking as well as relaxing on the comfy sofa. The beds were comfortable and the pillows brought good rest. Dorothy was so responsive with a couple questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for anything else. We plan to make this a yearly tradition! Thank you so much, Dorothy, for opening your home !

We actually stayed over Christmas and it was home away from home! The pictures described it perfectly - easily big enough for 4 adults and still had room to spread out. We were able to stay with our daughter and cook meals together (very modern kitchen), see the sites and be a family! Shana was an incredible host for this first time Airbnb user.

Bill was a great host and responsive to our needs and one issue that we had. Would highly recommend this house to others staying in the Amherst area, definitely beats a hotel!

The lake house is just as described in the listing. Alyssa and Jeff were very responsive. We had a great time!

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

Kristin was a very flexible host, allowing for early check-in and providing clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process, as well as additional information regarding location of extra linens and spare bed options. She was extremely responsive to any and all inquiries, including technological difficulties with the tv/cable during our stay. Also an 8 min walk to the Sunrise lift chair at Holiday Valley resort if you don’t want to wait more than 15+ minutes for the shuttle. Would highly recommend Kristin’s place!

Great place to stay. It was clean, had quite a few beds and games for us to play. Easy to ski in and out, but with young kids the first hill is a little steep. Also, the closest lift closes early, but you are able to make it back. Overall, we would recommend it to someone visiting!

Shea’s place was a great place for a couple. The couch area to watch tv is very comfortable. The memory foam mattress is very comfortable as well. There’s 2 washrooms which is nice and the shower was super clean. We had a great stay and would definitely like to come back.

Perfect location for a ski vacation. Close to the lift and lodge. The downtown is cute and plenty of shops and dining. The condo is probably one of the most well equipped places I’ve ever stayed.

It was a good space. Very quiet and peaceful. It was in a good central location in between many of the places I needed to go to throughout the weekend. I appreciated the dedicated parking as well.

This is the second time we've stayed at one of Joe's rentals. We love the location, the space is just right for our family of 4, though we spend most of our time outside on the slopes. Master bed is comfy, perfectly supportive after a full day of skiing. Whole space is clean and comfortable. Fireplace is warm and cozy.

We were thrilled with the space! We definitely will book again! Perfect for a family that needs separate sleeping space and room to stretch out.

Would recommend this place to everyone!! Perfect size for 1-2 couples. Beautiful, clean , INCREDIBLE location so close to everything tourist in Niagara. Will be recommending this to all my family & friends. We look forward to returning! 10/10 thank you Stefano! 😁
