Also, there is a bunk room for the kids with three bunk beds and an en suite bathroom. Hang out on the giant back deck overlooking the woods or relax in the hot tub. A boat slip is included with the rental.

My friends and I stayed here for a peaceful weekend getaway, and it was perfect! Even though it was raining, we still had so much fun hanging out and playing games in the house and walking to the cute restaurants in town for dinner. Douglas Brother's was very proactive with check and check out reminders and easy to follow instructions for everything, as well as a fully stocked house with everything you could possibly need!

The house was in a great location! It was very darling, our kids loved all the little elements like the reading nook and especially the bunk beds. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season which we wish had been made clear in the listing as the only other pool open over spring break was at max capacity.

Our stay was absolute perfection. Words just don’t do this property justice. The attention to detail is incredible. From the pristine linens, blankets and towels to the motion activated lights in the main areas of the home. John and Courtney were both so incredibly responsive with any questions we had. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and amenities around the community. The food at the meeting house was delicious and probably one of the best bloody marys I have had. Coffee on the front patio swing was very relaxing and just what we needed. It’s so nice to walk into a rental and have certain things provided (toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry/dish soap) it’s just one less thing to worry about. Down the road there is a Dollar General Market that will pretty much have all you need grocery wise. We will most certainly be making many more trips back with the family.

A great home for our first stay in Carlton Landing! The location is close to everything, the yard is great, and we had plenty of room. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!
