Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Etowah

We loved our stay! Ben gave clear instructions on how to find/access the property, was very responsive, and helpful. The house was spotless, comfortable, had everything you need, and the hot tub was a great perk in the cold winter. An added bonus: there is a waterfall to spot on your drive up to the house.

Loved staying at this mountain getaway! We enjoyed the beautiful views on the deck and we were able to play 18 holes at the course that the house is overlooking. Such a cool spot and I can’t wait to be back!

This was an amazing experience! Cheryl’s home was the perfect place for us this long weekend. The house felt like a true home and had everything you would need in it. The backyard was perfect for our golden and to relax after a day out. It is very close to downtown and montford. The bed and couch were both very comfortable and it has a spacious bathroom with washer/dryer. She also provided a list of recommendations which we utilized quite a bit. We’ve been to Asheville a lot but it was nice to learn about other restaurants, hikes and coffee shops we hadn’t tired yet. Cheryl’s response time is FAST! Check in was easy. We would love to stay here again!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay here! The view from the living room is spectacular on its own - not to mention the layout of the home is one of envy. I was taking notes on the tasteful and charming decor. We were lucky enough to be here on an evening when a storm was rolling in. Watching it approach from the porch was so incredibly relaxing. The only downside is there aren't really trails or anything close by, but I think the serenity and privacy you achieve on this property is second-to-none. We will definitely stay here again!

Heather and Bob’s Air BnB was beautiful and private. It was the cleanest place I have stayed in and they provided nice treats for us. The local recommendations were great. The communication from Heather and Bob was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect! We felt so comfortable and relaxed. It smelled good, looked good and was really clean! The hot tub was easy to use and we took advantage each night the weather allowed. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely stay again! Graham was very responsive and helpful. We had not a single thing we didn’t like or wished was different. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Oh yes, easy storage to unpack and “live” here for a week!

Beautiful spotless home and convenient to Asheville! We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, larger walk in shower, deep soaker tub and hot tub. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

The house was exactly like the pictures. Very welcoming and responsive host. The home was has beautiful views and a great hot tub! And fully stocked with everything you will need. I would highly recommend the home.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sunrise Villa. We were visiting Asheville with my whole family for my sister in-laws baby shower and to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. We wanted a house that was private, peaceful but still close enough to town and this house had absolutely everything we needed. It was well stocked with things like coffee, shampoo, soap, paper towels and more. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had the most comfortable furniture and incredible views! We had four children in the house and it was very kid friendly. We so appreciated the baby monitors, sound machines and all the toys, games and puzzles. Christina was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. Location was unbeatable, private and serene while being only an 8 minute drive to downtown Asheville’s amazing breweries and restaurants. 10/10 recommend the Sunrise Villa, we hope to come back in the future! Highly recommend this place! We rented it for a bridal/bachelorette party weekend for five women, and it was marvelous! Early instructions about check in were informative. We lived in the hot tub. When there was an issue on Friday evening, we contacted the host who responded within the hour. Kitchen worked great for our personal French cooking lesson. We had a blast playing pool downstairs. And oh how the beds were comfortable, with great sheets to boot! Great views out the living room and kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. What a great place!

I had an amazing stay at Casey’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—peaceful and scenic, with beautiful views of Lake Lure. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful decor and extra amenities. Casey was a fantastic host—quick to respond, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Lake Lure!

Beautiful place in the woods but still close to Asheville. We loved staying here!

We really enjoyed our weekend! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. And the view was breathtaking! It was the perfect place for our whole family to gather and celebrate our son’s graduation from WCU!

This place was incredible! The mountain view was absolutely picturesque - like something out of a postcard. The interior was just as impressive - stylish, thoughtfully decorated and with such a cool vibe that I genuinely felt cooler just for staying there. It's clear the host put a lot of care into creating a space that's both comfortable and memorable. If you're looking for a place to stay in Lake Lure, I can't recommend this house enough! We also really enjoyed our dining experience at Grey Hawk Bar and Gardens. The food, drinks and atmosphere were incredible and it's only 3 minutes from the house!

This cabin was an amazing stay to celebrate our anniversary! The view is breathtaking ... it felt like we were waking up in the clouds everyday. While the cabin is very private & peaceful, it wasn't a long drive to get to the hustle & bustle of the many surrounding cities to explore. Julie is a wonderful host ... very helpful and attentive to her guests. We can't wait to book again!!

We stayed at the Glenna for a mini honeymoon with two pups and loved it. It's in a secluded area with a few neighbors, which is exactly what we wanted. An short and easy drive to Asheville, but we found we enjoyed visiting the Arden/Fletcher area as well for food and hikes. The drive up to the cabin is beautiful with plenty of twisty curves as you would expect in the mountains, but a very enjoyable drive. (As of May 2025 the directions may mislead you due to a road closure, you'll go through it just a bit to turn in front of a very beautiful white church with a creek in front of it.) We spent most nights outside with a fire by the creek making smores or enjoying the quiet nature. Our dogs loved sniffing about everywhere they could find, especially our nightly walks around the property. We had a power outage and Larry was nice enough to stop by and drop some lights for us and Courtney left us some beautiful Asheville mugs. A wonderful cabin and area, we would definitely visit again!

If you're looking for luxury at your fingertips and want everything done for you, this might not be your ideal destination. But if you're seeking something more meaningful—something grounding—this is it. David’s place is a retreat into simplicity, stillness, and authenticity. Walking a few steps to enjoy the soaking tub or gathering your own firewood becomes part of the rhythm of your stay. We left feeling restored. Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down and breathe again.

The stay was perfect for a relaxing and quiet Mother’s Day weekend! It ended up being an overcast and cool weather weekend, which was perfect for utilizing the hot tub which we stayed in a majority of the time! We enjoyed the fire pit and the relaxing surroundings of the woods. We enjoyed playing games inside at the table and even did the puzzle that was there at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bedrooms and living room were so cozy and cute and the bathroom was immaculate! Just a short 25 minute drive down to Lake lure for dinner. Brandon was super responsive and helpful, he even allowed us to extend our stay by a night when we decided we weren’t ready to leave yet! It was the perfect weekend and I would definitely go back!

Spent my first Mother’s Day weekend at this amazing home. And yes I mean HOME. We were able to relax, enjoy the record player and swing on the beautiful front porch. Just 25 minutes to downtown Asheville and truly a GEM.

Me and my husband had the best time staying at this cabin! We loved that it was in the smaller town of Weaverville but such a close drive to Asheville! The cabin is so private and it was very quiet and peaceful the whole stay. Everything inside was extremely clean and organized. Nothing was confusing at all! The hot tub, fire pit, automatic shade, huge walk in shower, super comfy king bed, framed TV, and gas stove were some of our favorite features! We definitely hope to be staying here again in the future, not to mention Jessica and Travis were the best hosts ever, super responsive, gave great recommendations, and were very flexible! We HIGHLY recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Modcabins in Asheville. The cabin was exactly as described. It was clean, the area was private, and it was the perfect get-away-from-home-for-the-weekend experience. We appreciated the amenities like the record player. The hot tub made for relaxing and beautiful views at sunset. We also got to experience a mom and cub black bears exploring the woods in front of the cabin as we were preparing for dinner; it was amazing watching them. We would recommend for anyone looking to stay in a cute little place for two looking for a quiet get-away together.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing weekend getaway in this little mountain cabin! The space was just enough for us to relax and unwind and the hot tub was absolutely amazing. The hosts even opened it and had it to temp to prepare for our arrival. We will definitely return!
