Private, clean and comfortable, walk to everything in town. Restaurants, Fly shops, antiques and more. Our host was responsive and helpful. "Trout town" lives up to it's name and this place is a great base to run your Catskills fishing adventure out of.

Was an amazing place, so clean and well maintained. Host was very hospitable. Would definitely recommend this place to others, and stay again if I am visiting the area.

My friends and I booked a last-minute stay in Ellenvill for the Borscht Belt Festival this past weekend. The location was great! It was an easy walk to all the restaurants and events. The space was perfect for us, and Morris was a super friendly and responsive host. I would definitely stay there again!

The place is as presented in the listing - very easy to check into, a short drive to a grocery stores and nearby towns, has just about everything you need. Some reviewers have noted the highway traffic noise, but I personally only really noticed in the living room while watching TV. I slept really well here, and the back deck overlooking the creek was great for bird watching in the mornings.

We very much enjoyed staying at the Catskill Cabin Duplex Apartment. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Great location near ski resorts and restaurants and very easy to get there. Daniel is a great host we recommend this place! Thank you.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Lorraine's home! After spending our days out and about snow tubing and exploring, it was so nice to come back to Lorraine's comfy place as our home away from home. It was spacious, warm and cozy, and had all of the amenities we could need. Lorraine gifted us some wine which was such a sweet gesture and started a fire for us when we first arrived. Would love to return again one day! Thank you, Lorraine!

I had an amazing stay! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—definitely a gem!

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

We worked through a bit of calendar scheduling snafu quickly. Scott was accommodating, proactive, and responsive. The condo was in a great location, maintained well, and clean. We very much enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. Thank you!

My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

Such a lovely and spacious home. The hot tub, wood stove, and gym were great touches, and the house felt cozy yet modern. Everything was super clean and well-stocked, and Emily was a wonderful, communicative host. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place looked exactly like the pictures and was so lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful and very, very clean. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness because it’s a pet-friendly accommodation but it did not seem like a home that ever had an animal in it. The hosts are also so friendly and responsive. I’d love to stay again!

A spacious home, true to the listing photos, great natural light, great location, easy drive to Woodstock restaurants & shops and hikes. Meghan was responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. Note, when we stayed there were no window treatments on any of the windows in the house, including the bedrooms.

My friends and I had such a great stay. Everything was as described. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

We were on a multigenerational trip where everyone was stunned at the outset by the luxurious feel of this property. The decor is impeccable yet warm and inviting. The layout worked perfectly with some enjoying the wood burning fireplace while others watched movies in the study/tv room. We grilled one night and at every meal we were able to enjoy the beautiful mountain ridge view. Our dog enjoyed long games of fetch on the well maintained lawn at the front of the property. Finally, Upstate Place was an absolute joy to work with.

This house is very kid friendly, cozy, and private. It was a great place for our 2 families to hang out and enjoy nature and each other. Many thoughtful touches for families! Ben was a wonderful communicator.

Perfect house and space for a group trip. Even better than the photos capture(and it looks great) More than enough sleeping space for 12+. The house is spacious and has a fantastic living room and dining space that can accommodate large groups easily and house had most basic ls and essentials we needed. Can’t recommend it enough, Albert was a great and responsive host the entire process
