Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Escambia County

Even though this is a drive to the beach, this home makes up for it tenfold. There was a plethora of items to make the stay enjoyable. Extra spices, toiletries, all the amenities. I have never seen a home where the host thought of it all! Well done!

The bungalow getaway was the perfect place for our little family to make some memories! It was clean, super cute, and baby and pet friendly! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Just have to say at all the places I ever stayed in Pensacola. This was one of the best places ever looking forward to using it again.

This was a great find, we knew this was the place for us as soon as we saw the listing. House was clean and spacious, back yard, grill, lounge and pool area are amazing. Privacy fence around the yard was a great feature. Plenty of amenities included that weren’t even in the listing, which was unexpected, yet nice. Plenty to do around town, which is just a short drive. We went to the beach (obviously) the Naval Aviation Museum, Fort Pickens, Gulf Breeze Zoo and just a mere 10 minutes away is a shopping mall which we stopped at. Great town, not super touristy. Hosts were super responsive with the only small issue we had and resolved it surprisingly fast. 10/10 would recommend!

Very enjoyable and beautiful home close to everything. Patty the host did a great job communicating during the trip. This is now my go to place in the area. Wonderful experience. Very clean and lovely apartment that has everything you need for a family trip to the beach. A++ ! Highly recommended!

I don't normally leave such detailed reviews, but I wrote this while relaxing by the pool. - Happy Easter Island-like totems spring up like mushrooms in a small patch of garden and on the floor in the growing out of the archeologically discovered tile floors in the bottom flood-level air bnb original home. Ruby, a smallish Golden Retriever greets us every morning with a playful smile and curiosity. Like most humans, she's off to the next smell or chirp or pounding of six-year old feet on the deck above. Then there are the two adorable, almost Irish twins, one honey-eyed boy and one blue eyed girl, a tab bit taller and a tiny bit older. Both are unofficial wranglers of Ruby. Yesterday their father, Ryan helped them build a fairy garden and created an instant doorway to the back neighbor's yard, the kids' best friends home, by placing a giant ladder over the fence for the kids to carefully climb while their mother, watched from an open window, yelling instructions. Awesome folks!

My mom stayed at the Airbnb during her visit to Pensacola. She found the lofts very cute and cozy. Tammie is a wonderful host, very accommodating, and friendly. Tammie would consistently text me to check on mom and if there is anything she needed. I would definitely recommend staying at Tammie's Airbnb!

My wife and I had a great four-night stay at Olga’s condo in Perdido Key. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and just as advertised. We loved the easy beach access, relaxing pool and hot tub, and felt totally safe and secure. No issues at all—highly recommend!

So cute! So charming! So thoughtful! The inside of Vickie's place is just adorable and she really has thought of EVERYTHING. From chip clips to a magnifying mirror to a comfy mattress topper -- the place it set up for any needs that might arise. Her location is perfect as it's about 20 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown and really 5-10 from whatever else you might be doing (including the Handlebar for. concert or McGuire's for some seriously good food!). It would be no hesitation to book with her again! She is considerate with her house explanations and very responsive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location. Beautiful views. Great accessibility to the beach/pool. It was a great space to have with our family with little ones. The back porch was AWESOME! Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for the sand in my boots music festival and the location was great. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. We had a festival shuttle stop right out our driveway. The beach is beautiful and the pool was warm. We would love to come back with our whole family.

Worked out well for our needs. Had the pool to ourselves both days. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Easy access to beach.

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Wonderful Beachfront Property! The accommodations met and exceeded all expectations. The condo was immaculately kept, the balcony views incredible, everything you could possibly need was provided.

We had a great experience at The Salt Shack! It was very clean, super close to the beach, and the kids loved being so close to both pools. Hollis was a great host and super fast to respond. Highly recommend.
