Amazing cottage! Great outdoor space for chilling and grilling. We loved fishing off the deck. We brought our infant, and the home was very baby friendly. Would stay again!

WOW! That’s what we said when we opened the front door. The view of the lake was awesome and Barbara’s house was perfect for the 4 of us celebrating our 70th birthdays. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s before but this house had every amenity you could ask for. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked including paper products, shampoos, spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the morning sunrise from the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking! We visited the National Comedy Museum in Jamestown and walked the beautiful grounds of the Chautauqua Institute ! Barbara was the perfect hostess and even offered to mail the clothes we left in the dryer back to us. As one ages, we tend to remember the “moments” and forget the “things”🥴. Thank you, Barbara, for transforming your shack into a spectacular cottage and sharing it with us.

This was my second time staying in the studio, and it was as cozy as I remembered. Lovely lake view (with seating), convenient location, friendly area. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay, place was well kept and well stocked. Very clean and presentable. We stayed during a snow storm and we were very comfortable. Host is friendly and helpful. I am planning on staying again next year

A great place to stay! We enjoyed the space and found that we were never overcrowded with 9 people and a dog. The cottage was even more beautiful than the pictures show and the A/C was a great amenity! The host was amazing, welcoming and accommodating! It was so close to the little town with shops and restaurants! We will for sure be back! Totally worth the price!

Summer Haven is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful home, right on the water, with the best views on the Lake. The owners were very welcoming and kind. Their cottage is next to their home and they have put a ton of love and time into their property. It was quiet, serene, and relaxing. The location is close to the Institute, restaurants, and shops. Mayville is by far the best spot on the lake. It's a short drive to Bemus Point and Jamestown. The home was comfortable and provided lots of towels, bedding, and comfort. I gave the cost 4 stars as it's so expensive to rent any property today. If the cost remains the same next year, we'd LOVE to return! Also, thank you for allowing our pets to come with us. They are family and it wouldn't be a vacation without them. Truly appreciate the inclusion of furry pets. Thanks!

This is a rare gem and a beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. It is right on Lake Erie, and Cynthia's eye for detail in her furnishings and amenities makes it one of my favorite places to be. I have stayed many times over the years that my daughter has been going to SUNY Fredonia.

5 stars! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, , and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and every little detail was thoughtfully arranged. The hot tub was a definite highlight—clean, and the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location was peaceful and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Overall, Amanda’s place was adorable and a great getaway for a long weekend! Amanda is very responsive and kind. We had a few hiccups with the house (technical things) and she was very responsive and willing to help as much as she could despite not being in the area. It is a tight space for more than 6 people. There were 7 total in our group so keep in mind it only having one shower and some close sleeping quarters. The beds were very comfy and clean though. It was still cool with the AC window units on too (if staying in the summer). All in all would stay again!

The home is so beautiful, I took pictures because I really want to build a home and it’s what I’m going to base it off of!!! Kathlene was so helpful. Anything we needed she was right on it.!! we will plan on coming again in the future! You will not be disappointed in this location or the home itself!!

Tony’s place was a hidden gem!Nestled in the woods w trees and wildflowers in the front, beach but a few steps out the door in the back! It is a retreat for anyone who loves nature and all the sounds that come with it. It is elevated cabin/lake living! Accommodations were great, amenities let you get out there and be “in it”! Tony’s place is really special!

Very comfortable. It shows that you get breakfast but I think that is for the bed and breakfast price. Our price was excellent for what we received.

Parkside cottages are a great place to stay with easy access to the lake. Everything is always clean, peaceful and quiet! Since our last stay we were surprised to see some updates in the kitchen that were simple and nice. If you’re looking for a quick get away in a quiet little cabin environment, this is the spot!

The home was beautiful, very comfortable and my family felt right at home. Very walkable neighborhood and it was great for walking the dogs. Private fenced in back yard with two decks. Great selection of board games for us to play. Washer and dryer. The owner communicate ahead of time, made us aware of how to access the home and the guest book. Super great to have! Restaurant locations and things to do. Very responsive with questions about boat, kayak and wave runner rentals. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

The host was very responsive. We accidently locked ourselves out and he was quick to come help us out. The place was peaceful and we had a nice time.

Michelle is a responsive and compassionate host. We left something behind and Michelle offered to mail it to us right away. Great place to stay, great host. We’ll be back!

Quiet location. Home is clean and comfortable. Host was gracious enough to return a forgotten item to a family member close by. Dog friendly and great outdoor space.

Nice cabin with everything you need for your stay and a nice little welcome basket. We were able to check in early because cabin was ready. That was very nice of Rikki. I hope to be able to stay at this cottage again.

The house was very welcoming and cozy. Very quiet area and the neighbors were really nice as well! Very safe area and very clean.

We absolutely loved this place. It was so peaceful and quiet. The wildlife is amazing. We've seen so many deer. Had a large one in the back yard. The rabbits are really cute. While sitting on the swing they would just come up and look at us. It made us smile. Wwe even saw a muskrat on the river. We highly recommended this place. For all nature lovers this place is awesome.

We had a very relaxing stay, unplugging and enjoying the peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. There were easy and clear instructions to get in the house, set up for the dog, and to reset the space at the end of the stay. We would stay here again & would recommend this listing to others!
