My wife, dog, and I had such a relaxing and peaceful stay at this charming tiny home on Padanaram Road! The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and cozy—perfect for a quiet getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind while enjoying the surrounding nature. The setting was serene making it easy to disconnect and recharge. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in the Andover area!

Jason was extremely kind and responsive. His home was so inviting and we loved the fly fishing theme! This property had everything you would need and more. We appreciated the typed out instructions and local recommendations. The hot tub and fire pit were a favorite. Would definitely re-book in the future if we were to ever make it back.

Lauren’s place was perfect! Perfect for our quiet Valentine’s Day weekend getaway with our two dogs! The house is fully stocked with everything you could need from the kitchen to pet supplies. Perfect. I would highly recommend and definitely come back to visit again.

Staying at Sally’s rentals has become a family tradition for us. She is an excellent host who has provided us with kindness, flexibility, and extremely quick responses when anything has come up. Place was great and located within 5 minutes of multiple wineries. Adam responded very quickly to all my messages! Very nice place and worked perfectly for my group of friends and I for a girls night away!

We had the best vacation with wonderful memories. The most important part of our vacation was having a place to enjoy with our older dog who loves to swim. This may be our last summer with him and coming to Higbys was the best decision. They directed us immediately to the swimming area for him and it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way. Thank you for one of the best vacations. The memories will last a lifetime!

Our stay was wonderful! Great place for both adults and kids. Patti’s descriptions were extremely accurate. So many games and activities to do right at the home. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I have seen too!

The hosts were welcoming and responsive. The campground was well maintained and quiet. All of the other campers were friendly during our stay. Being so close to the creek would have made fishing or kayaking easy, but we just ran out of time! I appreciated all of the extra amenities including playground equipment, individual fire rings, a pool, swings, pavilion and bathrooms. With not a lot of choices in this area, we were happy to find this place and enjoyed our stay. P.S. we had great cellular service during our stay and were able to use our apps to watch tv and remain connected to the world.

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!

We planed a LAST moment trip with our family. We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids of multiple ages and we ALL had an amazing time and comfortable stay. We love Bemus point as a location and went and enjoyed walks around town and the sunset. Debbie was an absolute pleasure and a very gracious host. We loved her dog as well and will definitely book here again.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Our long awaited family reunion of 8 adults and 1 dog LOVED staying in the Plum Bush house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, the beds comfy, the water hot and the sunporch was the coziest place to gather for conversation and enjoy the welcome snacks and beverages. The pool water was a balmy 88 degrees and the grounds were a great place to hike, have a camp fire or play a game of corn hole. Mary and Bert were nearby to answer any questions and made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again!

We had a fantastic trip and thoroughly loved the home and amenities. A gem of a find and we will definitely be back. Easy check in, responsive host, had everything we needed and more. The family loved the pool. Truly an amazing trip. Highly highly recommend.

Mark is very responsive to the texts and any questions about the local area. He is very friendly and laid back. Off the main road, the lake scenes from front balcony are super nice. There is a local dock for fishing, swimming, or launching a canoe. Some good restaurants and a meat-seafood market are nearby for grilling. He supplies everything, so just bring the family or friends to start your relaxing stay. The house was clean and well stocked. This was our second stay.

we had a quick little visit as we drove cross country, but Sharon we excellent and the house was perfect for my family and pets. loved the little touches like a kids coloring table and water bottles in the fridge.

Aimee and Steve are great hosts. They are very responsive to every question. Easy check in and checkout process. The house is clean had everything we needed. We stayed here for snowmobiling. This house is a great location for that. It is just off a main trail. You can ride right from the yard to the trail. We had our dogs with us. There was 2 ft. of snow on the ground and the owners shoveled a path to the fenced portion of the yard and also shoveled an area for the dogs inside the fence. Plenty of space for relaxing after a long day of riding. We will be back again!

Sherri was helpful and responsive. Place was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Stayed with a toddler and 2 dogs and place was great for both! We all enjoyed the grounds as well, despite the rain. Loved the covered porch!

I can't put into words how beautiful and relaxing this cottage is. The location is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, but is just 2 minutes from shops and restaurants. The house is spotless, well stocked, and insanely comfortable. Our family of 4, plus our doggo, had a fantastic time!
