Lee's place was beautiful! we enjoyed our stay and the walk down to the park on our last night, was really nice. Would definitely stay here again. Anytime I texted her she got back to me very quickly.

Randi was awesome! He was kind, courteous, quick to respond to our questions, and even offered to go above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. The place was nice, clean, quiet, and affordable in a great little neighborhood. Great host, great house, and a great stay!

Loved our stay here (with our pup included). Pup really liked the backyard. Very clean with quality amenities all through the house and tons of great recommendations in a cute binder. Relatively easy 20 min walk downtown to Palafox street. 20 min drive to the West Pensacola dog beach which was not crowded and gorgeous. There might be a little noise in the neighborhood from the Church around the corner playing music (causing other dogs in the neighborhood to bark), but it wasn’t disturbing enough to bother my dog, thankfully, who can be reactive if unsure of outside noise sometimes (and that might’ve only been happening while I was there and not the usual — including this only because I work with animals and I know reactivity can be hard to manage during travel). Overall would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a home in Pensacola, look no further!!! This home is pristine!! So clean, easy to get to, located in a great neighborhood, beautifully decorated, plenty of room, and very well taken care of. Nic has thought of everything and is an amazing host!! We had a great stay while visiting our daughter and her boyfriend at college!! As did our pups who we were so excited to be able to have with us thanks to a dog friendly host!!! Highly recommend and would love to stay again our next visit to Pensacola!!

Nice place! Yard was nice with a seating area for hanging out. Furnished kitchen with all the amenities. Was great for our stay.

I'd definitely recommend this house and host. This was my first experience with AirBNB's I'm glad it didn't disappoint. There was a couple of days we had a breezy day. I'm glad the pool had a screen cover, the local squirrels were fighting and throwing acorns and would've hit us if it wasn't for the screen cover. The kids thought it was funny. We used the hot tub for less then 10 min. with 4 of us the water was spilling out and didn't feel comfortable wasting the water. The pool was perfect, she provided pool noodles, towels, goggles, pretty much anything you need to have fun in the pool. The weather was about 78-81 degrees the water at one point said 80. We never saw it hit 88 but we didn't care, we had too much fun. We were there to spend time with my son, for him to be in a home environment, eat home cooked meals, sit on a nice couch, sleep on a comfortable bed and to forget about the barracks for a few days. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience!

Sonya is a great host! She was very responsive and flexible with check in. We had unexpected guests and a dog join us for part of our stay, she was very understanding. Will definitely keep her and her other properties in mind for my next trip!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days when we were in the middle of a move and really felt at home at Christine’s condo! The space is very roomy and everything was so comfortable. We had everything we needed to make a home cooked meal! It was easy to get in and out of the condo and we felt really safe there. The neighborhood was so quiet! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Pensacola!

Absolutely wonderful place for a family! Just like everyone else says- this place literally has everything: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, pool toys, and more! It was so convenient and space saving not to have to haul all our beach gear with us on the trip down. Kids swam in the pool every day, and the backyard is just lovely. I will miss walking in it every morning in my bare feet! Very peaceful, quiet, easy to find, close to Publix, and Johnny Houston's down the street for great burgers. No wonder people stay here repeatedly! Would definitely stay again. Juan and Michelle are great and responsive hosts.

Dustin’s place was perfect for my holiday getaway! It is so peaceful and comfortable. We loved it! The host is very responsive and helpful. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend staying here.

This was by far my favorite Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in quite a few. The house was perfect! Everything was organized and clean and we felt right at home. The area was quiet and very close to downtown. What stood out to me the most about this home was the details! We had everything we needed from shampoo to cooking oil to pots and pans to laundry detergent and everything in between, we were even greeted by snacks! If you’re trying to decide which house to book, I promise this is it. We will definitely book here again next time we’re in Florida. Thank you for being an excellent host Christopher! (:

Elise was an amazing host! She thought of every little detail to make her guests feel comfortable and right at home! The backyard of this house is its own little oasis! We would definitely stay in one of Elise’s properties again!

We loved how quiet the dead end street was! The green space was perfect for the kids and dog. Great location with all the amenities of city life but tucked away. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen was clean and stocked with the perfect amount of needed supplies. Perfect size for my 2 kids and dog. We would stay there again!
