We were so pleased with Sylvie's communication, before and during our stay. She checked on us while we were there. We like fresh air so rather than use the air conditioning we opened the windows which were easy to use. The pool was cool and refreshing, not cold--just right. I have a plastic coffee cup I travel with so one day it was quite luxurious to sit in the water up to my neck and sip my coffee. All the facilities were clean, comfortable and met our needs. We highly recommend Sylvie's place.

We found our host to be very responsive. The staff is so very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We originally planned to only stay two nights but extended our stay because the energy was 100/10 there !! My husband I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s and this is by far one of the best ones! We’re making our way around FL & hope to come back here before heading home. It was a perfect vacation and had everything that we needed! There were even bunnies in the yard every night and we loved that :) Will definitely recommend & plan to be back! The ONLY thing i’d suggest is if the water pressure could be higher but it wasn’t an issue, we appreciated the hospitality! Venice beach was lovely but recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet. Paradise grille & Pops sunset grille were both delicious!! Be blessed!

The gated entrance is reassuring and gives a sense of safety and security. There was also a well put together binder with a lot of helpful information about the area. The place (uncluding the outside area) was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. Host is incredibly responsive. I loved the view from the windows! Many beaches to visit within 20 to 30 minutes. I would certainly stay again. A couple notes in case it's important to someone: 1. The shower head doesn't produce much water pressure and doesn't come out of the head correctly. It was sort of spattering in all directions. 2. There is no Snorkeling equipment as the listing suggests. Overall, it was a great short stay with wonderful hosts and, as stated earlier, I would stay again.

Listing was as described. Was near the highway so some sound cut through but overall place was beautifully kept and felt right at home. No one bothered me as well so that’s a plus. I would return.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

Differently a great place to stay. If I go back for a quick weekend for sure will get it again.

It’s a pretty good space. Great amenities. Kitchen is always a plus for us since we always cook when we travel. Only thing missing was a sponge a few more utensils. Super quiet and designated parking on driveway. Lots of groceries and shops within minutes.

The place was just as described! It was minutes away from the beautiful beach, can walk to point of rocks! Downtown siesta is a short drive, very easy to get too. Our week vacation was perfect!

A 10-15 minute walk to downtown, friendly and sociable neighbors on the street this property faces. The two hosts are very helpful and quick to respond to any problems. We were there for an extended stay and had a great time relaxing in the rocking chairs on the covered porch. In our free time, we tended to the front yard and found that plants that looked like weeds had bulbs, and we succeeded in getting a lily called Gloriosa to bloom, which should not have taken root on this land. Perhaps it was the beauty brought by Edison, who loved this area as a summer retreat. I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb in North Fort Myers! The location was ideal, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere perfect for a long stay. The space was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I found myself getting restful sleep every night. What really stood out, though, was the host. They were super friendly, very responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. From providing helpful local recommendations to responding quickly to any inquiries, the level of hospitality was exceptional. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot in North Fort Myers. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area again!

Me, my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Venice. I love how the setup was minimal but cute and homey. I asked for a pack n play last minute and it was still there upon arrival. The place is pretty new, super nice. Tim was super friendly and helpful. We will have to come back for sure!

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Wonderful stay at Burnt Store Marina condo! Loved the marina view! Comfortable furniture and bed. Well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Was great for 4 adults and a baby. Very walkable downtown area. We did not have trouble with parking.

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Roberto and his wife were very accommodating. They welcomed us personally to their home. When we inquired about beach chairs they provided a couple of them for our use. In addition to the inside living spaces, there is a nice screened in porch along with a quiet backyard area with a lot of lounging options to choose from. A couple of notes: The owners occupy the living space directly above, so there is some noise transfer thru the ceiling. Also, the owner's extensive collection of collectables and knick-knacks, while beautiful, may not be suitable for families with small children. However, we really liked the convenient location and access with a reasonable 1-1/2 mile distance to Turtle Beach, which while smaller than Siesta Key beach, Turtle provides a less busy beach option. We appreciated the in-home laundry facilities. When we requested some additional items i.e. shampoo, conditioner and laundry soap, they provided them quickly. We would gladly stay here again.

We stayed for a little over two weeks and never wanted for a thing. The condo was spotless, the property was very walkable, and the amenities were fantastic. The pool, the fitness center, the tennis and paddle ball courts, and the sidewalks around the property allowed for walking. The lanai is perfectly placed for sunsets and the pond has at least three alligators that also provided entertainment. Nicole was very responsive via text and offered solutions to our every question.
