Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids or pets). Free access to our 24 hour gym 2 miles away that we own as a local business.

The cabin and whole ranch were in a great location relative to where we were wanting to be, near the Black Kettle WMA's. Melissa was super responsive, helpful, and very nice. The cabin was clean and suited our needs for our week long stay. Our kids enjoyed playing with Melissa and Tim's children and seeing the horses.

I messaged Jim at noon and needed a place to nap and spend the night during a hunt. He had it ready for me by 1 and that was extremely kind for him let me come that early. The AC got that cabin ice cold. I melted in the bed and it was so quiet and peaceful. This is the kind of Airbnb you only find rarely. Thanks a lot highly recommended

We loved the full view of the tree tops from the living room, it was like living inside a tree house! There is a lot of nature to explore - we honestly needed more time to see it all. There are cows and farmland, a peaceful creek, wooded walking paths, and peaceful nature surroundings to spend time in. The murphy bed was very comfortable for me and my daughter. We took a beautiful scenic drive through the mountains down to Medicine Park to swim and eat out, which we highly recommend visiting while in the area - it offered another full day of fun for our family.

This place is beautiful! Decorated like something off HGTV. Beds were so comfortable. The entire house was extremely clean and the garage saved us from an intense hailstorm and damage to our car. We had one minor mechanical issue and it was responded to and fixed within the hour. Fantastic hosts!!
