Ada is sweet, compassionate, and responsive. Her place is spotless. I was thrilled to see plenty of bottled water and coffee to get me started on my month-long stay. It didn’t matter to me, but worth noting for some that there is no oven, just a stove top. I was able to work comfortably from a kitchen table and great wi-fi. Slightly challenging to get onto the main road due traffic and visibility. But access into the house is easy and private. I would definitely stay at Ada’s place again.

Not gonna lie, at first, I looked at some of the neighborhood and some of the surrounding houses looked a little crusty but then I got to the inner courtyard of the casita. The courtyard was well maintained and check in was super easy. I felt safe on the outside (no random wandering characters) and especially safe on the inside, as all windows point towards the inner portion of the courtyard. The house small but was well stocked and the bed was comfortable enough. I would stay again it’s a good value for the money.

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Linda and Nonata were excellent hosts. The place was spotless, and the check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. The location is close to everything I needed, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. Highly recommend this spot and I would definitely stay again!

Everything about the property was as described, and then some. The amenities were outstanding. Only smoke detector started chirping one morning. Texted property owner, came over and addressed the issue within 20 minutes. Thank you!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Walking distance to armature works with lots of restaurant options! Great location- very neat- great communication- perfect space for our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

We have had a few bad stays recently and were considering going back to hotels. Thought we would take one last chance and I'm so glad we did. This isn't the cheap flip-everything grey-barely cleaned-weird smelling Airbnbs we have been used to...this was cozy and quiet and felt like we were staying at a really clean friend's house. It looked exactly like the pictures with the same great view. I wouldn't say there is a lot to do in the exact neighborhood, but you can get to the highway very quickly. Extra bonus points for a huge king bed and a detachable shower head!

Hector was a great host. Went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Even sacrificed his own personal item for me to use during my stay. Great location for an individual or couple!

Great location for beach lovers who want a little extra/different from typical hotel room, yet you’ll still enjoy some of the hotel benefits (towels, pool). Very clean, well stocked. Great host, clear communications.

Liz's place was a great stay for a girl's weekend. The inside space is as beautiful as the outside deck area. Liz had more amenities than most AirBNB's we have stayed in previously. The bed was extra comfy and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked. She went above and beyond by providing sunscreen, bug spray, beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The hot tub was an extra bonus and very well kept! We did not have any issues while staying and we hope to return soon!

This condo was exactly as it was described, the beach was beautiful and the pool was really nice. We found a lot of local restaurants that were delicious. The owners/management was very responsive to the two request that we made prior to our stay. Everything was handled really well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was in an excellent location—within walking distance to downtown, parks, and the beautiful Victoria Drive. The pool was a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxing. We would definitely consider booking here again on our next visit. My only suggestion would be to refresh the kitchen essentials and provide a few extra washcloths. Overall, the apartment was lovely.
