House was perfect for four adults, but it is set up to sleep 8 adults. Three bedrooms on main level each with king size bed. Another bedroom with king size bed and bathroom in basement. House was clean. Kitchen was well-appointed. Jake was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay again. Great location in Breese. Close to KC Hall and American Legion Hall. You could walk to both. Also could walk to Wallys for the best burgers.

This is a great remodeled house , very clean and as a bonus you have a driveway . Even though the mattresses aren’t memory foam they are very very comfortable. It seems this is an up and coming neighborhood, it seems this house is the nicest by far on the street but I had zero problems and would stay again

Terra was an outstanding host. The house was exactly as it was advertised. She is and was incredibly responsive! I don't think the phone finished the first ring before she answered. She checked in on us during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed, and openly asked for feedback on what she could do better as a host. I will ONLY stay at her place when we are in the area. Great job, and thank you for making us feel at home.

It was cute, very well decorated and easy to find. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to restaurant in T-town and a short drive to Effingham. Would definitely recommend and book again

This was the perfect place for our family of three to spend the weekend for a nearby wedding. We were able to prepare our own breakfast and meet up with other family members at local restaurants before the wedding. Brad's place is in a great location, is clean and comfortable. Brad is very responsive.

Super cute home built in 1920s. Black curtains were awesome. You can hear the train but it’s nice ambiance and not an issue. Shared bathroom with glass shower doors- so have to plan if 4 adults getting ready in a.m. We loved the space and it fit everything we needed. Would come back!

Had a great stay. Kelly and Betty made us feel right at home. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and for our two trucks and boats. Beautiful piece of property.

Penny had things ready for us when we got there. It was very clean and open and peaceful. Her clean up instructions were clear. Any communication she made was clear and concise.

We so appreciated this space as a spot for family and wedding party to rest after the rehearsal and get ready for the big day. Short drive to Castle Finn Winery. It is a homey space, definitely feels like someone personal space but still felt very clean and the beds were comfortable and clean, very clean bathrooms. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and the area was quiet.

This is our second time staying at griff's knob, and we have loved it both times. perfect quiet get away. We visited Terre Haute Brewing Company, Paris Family Restaurant, Lot 50 Brewing, and Sonka's Irish Pub, but the ABSOLUTE BEST stop on our trip was to TREEHIVE MEADERY! It's a must try while in the area! Can't wait to come back next year!

This place was incredible! It was absolutely stunning and spotless. The kids had a blast in the upstairs room, and the location was perfect. Kelly was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed here only one night for a quick stop but would love to come back to the area for the nature and a longer stay. House was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

What a wonderful time at the Nest. We were there for a family funeral, and the Nest made a perfect place for the out of town relatives to gather and spend time together. It was a lovely October weekend, with wonderful weather that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors [kids loved the beach!]. We were able to enjoy family meals and enough space in the thoughtfully designed home to spread out. Thank you. We will be back I am sure, as we are always trying to gather the family in that area. My sincere thanks for taking in our family during this difficult time.
