Cheryl was always attentive to make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this little house to anyone looking for a charming and safe place to stay.

Delightful compact home, beautifully decorated, with a lovely, private yard. Our family of 4 (two young adult children) enjoyed 5 nights here. It was easy to find and enter when we arrived late at night. Safe neighbourhood. Very comfortable beds, quiet for sleeping and great aircon to maintain a comfortable temperature. Oliver has thoughtfully provided many extras so we didn’t want for anything. There was a power and internet outage on our last evening - Oliver called round to check on us and ensured we had everything we needed. We really appreciated him going out of his way for us.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Amanda's place during an unexpected fire evacuation. The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and safe. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, offering quick responses and thoughtful touches that made a stressful time much easier to bear. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone in need of a reliable, welcoming place to stay.

During these tough fire times Jihan was very understanding of our situation & quickly responded to all of our needs. My family and I absolutely loved this place. House felt like home away from home. Parking could be tricky at times but other than that amazing place to stay!

This is a wonderful new construction townhouse just minutes from downtown with an incredible view from the rooftop terrace. The house is clean, modern, and well appointed. I would definitely book this house again in the future.

This is our second time staying at Jenny’s place for the holidays. She is a gracious host and let us have our extended family over for dinners and visits. The place is very clean and just as described. It has everything you need for your stay. It looks just like the pictures and there is plenty of street parking. Jenny is a very responsive host and will answer all your questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. I will stay here again when we visit the LA area.

Adrien's place was one of the best rentals that I've ever experienced! The Silver Lake location is stunning and beautiful, but still quiet and peaceful. Morning coffee on the private patio overlooking the hills was perfect. The space was just so well-appointed and so incredibly clean. Adrien's attention to detail and comfort was truly appreciated. The off-street parking space is such a perk, too! You can easily walk to Whole Foods, the reservoir, a million restaurants and shops, the Frogtown neighborhood, and the LA River trail. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time that I'm in LA. And Adrien is so nice!

I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

My family of 4 had a great stay at Kyla’s place. It was in a great location, as we were visiting Universal Studios and the surrounding area. The dedicated parking spot was a huge plus. The apartment itself is very charming, well appointed, and had everything we needed during our stay. Kyla was a wonderful host, you can’t as for a better host! Would definitely recommend her place in a heartbeat!

Lucy was a thoughtful, kind, and responsive host. Her place was comfortable and filled with amenities—we felt at home! I highly recommend staying there. It’s conveniently located near the freeway and Burbank shopping and restaurants, but it’s also a quiet, residential neighborhood. The only tricky thing was the parking as getting in and out took some getting used to. There was always street parking though.

Amazing place, Jordan was an amazing host, great communication and goes above and beyond for his guests. 10/10 recommend!

Great place with an amazing view, super clean

The natural light in this loft is amazing, and being up on the 10 floor was nice and quiet. Brandon was extremely responsive when ever I reached out. Location for me was perfect, and since I had a rental vehicle the parking pass was clutch! I highly recommend staying here. This place gets a 10/10.

Me and my girlfriend traveled to Los Angeles to catch the Lakers vs Heat game and stay for a few days and we stayed at Ali’s place and we absolutely fell in love with everything he had to offer!! Not only was the condo pretty spacious but also clean and had All the amenities you think you would need on a vacation. Ali was super helpful with everything whether it was a small question or big, he responded asap! And the location is right in the heart of all the action so you wouldn’t really have to travel far to go to a Lakers game or fine dining or activities around DTLA. It was even fun riding electrical scooters all over the city. The cherry on top of Ali’s place was the Penthouse rooftop pool area which has a crazy view of the city during the nighttime. Ali’s place is most definitely on top of my list of places to stay at when I come back out to Los Angeles!!

Cleanliness was top-notch—the loft was spotless and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after exploring the city. The amenities were excellent, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Our hosts, Giselle and Ali, were outstanding. They offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and the best restaurants, helping us experience Los Angeles like locals. Their attention to every little detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. From prompt communication to thoughtful touches, Giselle and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!

This place is amazing!! This was our first time staying at an AirBNB so this place really set my expectations for future places. Peter was super responsive and communicative. The place was spotless and had great amenities. It was too cold to swim out but if you are coming in the summer, you definitely should because the view is amazing. The area can be a bit loud at times but everywhere in Downtown LA is like this. Again, this place is worth it.

Great communication with host and early check in was available when asked. Secure 24 hour manned front desk. Would consider staying at this property again.

Malcom’s place was even better than the photo’s! Super comfy bed and lots of room. There’s also a washer and dryer which was handy! He provided complimentary snacks as well which was a nice touch. Would stay again :)

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
