Family-friendly vacation rentals in East Pasadena

Great place to stay in Pasadena! The area is so lovely. We went on walks and runs in the neighborhood saw the most beautiful estates. It was nice to be able to use the hot tub and the pool. All of Chris’ directions were easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Jamie's guest house was a great place to stay while we were visiting the area. It was close to everything we needed, and most importantly, it was clean and exactly how Jamie described it in the listing. We will be staying here again when we are in the area.

This house is an amazing location and the views are spectacular. The house was so comfortable for our family of 5 and my sister in law. We enjoyed the porch and had plenty of room in the living room for family time. The kitchen is a gourmet huge kitchen with nice appliances. The master shower was a spa! 😂 steam shower with three heads. Beautiful views from the master bed when you wake up. Very close to the action and some great restaurants. We would stay here again on our next trip. Loved working with James, he was so responsive and helpful when we had questions. Great Host!

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

Excellent place, great for a big group. It's close to many LA attractions and there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Norvell was a great host, quick to respond. We highly recommend!

Al and Leslie are awesome humans with an amazing space. The backstory and history is as fun as the details, intricacy, and beauty of the space itself. And the city skyline view is mesmerizing. Our stay was relaxing and fun. Al and Leslie are all smiles and excellent communicators. I can't recommend this enough if you're looking for a fun space to enjoy in the area.

We had a great stay at this cozy oasis! Hal was very communicative and responded to questions - he also provided detailed information & instructions as well as restaurant recommendations.. As a former long-time Angeleno, they were great recommendations too! Street parking can be a bit of a challenge - I planned accordingly;)

I stayed for two weeks at Mary's AirBnb. It is an ideal space for one to two people. It was very private and peaceful. Although I could hear the resident in the space above me walking around during the evenings, it did not bother me. Neighbors gave a friendly hello when they saw me walking down the street. Mary provided all basic necessities for cooking, cleaning, laundry, showering and sleeping. Vons grocery store and other shops/restaurants are within easy walking distance. Forest Lawn Cemetery is just around the corner from the bottom of the hill and provides a beautiful, peaceful location for walking. Uber drivers made my travel to further locations so easy. I'll definitely want to stay here again.

Katherine was extremely friendly & responsive since she lives in the house in front of the property. The rental is very comfortable, especially the bed! It has very clean & efficient use of space, with many thoughtful touches. I highly recommend staying here and will be returning next time we visit family here.

We had a great stay. The location was convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. The space was small but enough for a short visit. Patricia communicated throughout our stay and even gave us recommendations in the area. I highly recommend this place if you plan to do things in the Hollywood area. HUGE plus for being pet-friendly!

We enjoyed the holidays at Michelle’s home. We arrived Christmas Day and after a day of travel we were pleasantly surprised with the goodies Michelle left for us. With little being open on the holiday, we greatly appreciated the munchies which filled our growling bellies and the morning treats as well until we could get to the store. We totally enjoyed our stay. Although located in a typical residential neighborhood this home was very private with the hedges and gates in place to make you feel secluded. We were in the location we desired to attend all of the Rose Parade activities with ease. This trip was a decades-long bucket list item for us and Michelle’s place did not disappoint! Thank you so much for everything and allowing us to rest and relax in your home!

We arrived on a Monday, easily found the cottage and got settled. Walked around the neighborhood and found a place nearby for dinner. On Tuesday we had plans in LA and as we were headed back to the cottage a wildfire broke out nearby. We were not familiar enough with the area to feel comfortable guessing at whether we should evacuate or not...and people around us were clearly evacuating. So we ended up leaving, but Julia reached out several times, even though I'm sure she was busy with her house and cottage. Not the vacation that we planned, but we made the best of it. The cottage was really nice.

Kristin and Richard took us and our 3 big labs in at the last minute when we were evacuated for the Eaton Fire. They were very responsive and had us all set within an hour of us reaching out. They took some money off the rental because of the fires, and even gave us half a dozen eggs from their chickens. Highly recommend!

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

Great location, good amenities. Some flaws like the floorboards having strange warping, but didn’t detract from the stay and that comes with the territory of owning an Airbnb. Jin was responsive and helpful. Recommend a stay if you need a nice spot to explore South Pasadena and the area surrounding it.

Fairly decent place if you like the Hollywood area. The area is close to all of the Hollywood walk of fame and the tourist area etc. the area is more Hollywood then West Hollywood. Perfect if you want to be central to most things. Accomodation was clean and tidy and host was very responsive and polite. Would recommend

I was thrilled to find this AirBnB just a few blocks away from where family lives in Los Feliz. It was cozy and private, very comfortable with everything we needed for the stay. We want to come back in the summer because the pool space is so beautiful!

Beautiful home, with tons of space and very functional whether you’re a group of adults or have small children. I was able to get in my morning walks. Coffee and bagel shops are within walking distance. Loved our stay! We will be back!

Patrick is a great guy. And we had a fantastic stay in Burbank.

It was my second time staying here, so obviously I loved it. The backyard is unreal!
