Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Durham

This was exactly what I expected, a great spot to spend the night!

We had a wonderful time. Easy access and enjoyed walking around town, on the heart of town easily accessible to the local restaurants. It was fun being back in the neighborhood and enjoyed exploring other towns like Kinderhook, Millbrook & Chatham. TJ gave us clear instructions ahead of time and had no issues at all, just wish we could have spent a little more time.

I had a great stay at this apartment while attending a conference in Albany. The space was clean and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk from my conference venue. The host was also very communicative and responsive, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

I wish I could’ve stayed longer!! Great private location. Nestled right in the center of a quiet neighborhood. Extremely easy to access the other parts of town. As soon as you pull into the driveway you’re gonna feel right at home. The ambience inside will settle your mood, as soon as you make it to the living room. Everything was perfect, especially after a long day a traveling. I’d highly suggest it to anyone. My family and I enjoying our stay immensely. Thank you Robbie for your amazing work, keep it up.

Patti's home exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the thoughtful design and stunning architecture. The house is beautifully crafted with soaring high ceilings, an airy and light-filled interior, and countless thoughtful touches that made our stay feel truly special. The location couldn't be better - we were perfectly positioned for amazing hiking adventures and discovered some incredible restaurants nearby. Her local knowledge was invaluable and really enhanced our entire experience. Speaking of Patti, she is an absolutely wonderful host! Communication was seamless from booking through checkout - she was incredibly responsive, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful with every question we had. This home is a true gem, and Patti is the kind of host that makes Airbnb special. We can't wait to return! Well kept clean old house and furnishings. Terrific unobstructed view of the Hudson from two of the bedrooms and living room facing East. I loved sitting by the bay window in the master bedroom with the sun shining in watching barges on the river and with views of the town of Hudson on the far side of the river. The owners stuff was in the closets and refrigerator and freezer full of her food but that did not bother me. I appreciate having condiments, salt, sugar and pepper available. There is a washer/dryer but no dishwasher and only one bathroom. Also no shades on the East facing window in the master bedroom so light streamed in at sunrise.

We stayed two nights for a girls weekend and had a lovely time! Andrew’s home was exactly as listed, spotless and very well stocked with quirky, artsy and original details throughout. Outdoor seating area in the back was a great bonus for a pre-dinner evening drink. Enough shared areas for easy relaxing together. Street parking was a breeze right out front. We struggled to figure out the professional-grade oven/stovetop initially but Andrew responded within minutes with directions to get it going and was instantaneously responsive throughout entirety of stay. This place had everything we needed and made the weekend easy peasy. Highly recommend!

Everything about Ed's place was perfect for our stay while moving my son into The Culinary Instituteof America. The property was nice, the home was beautiful and super clean! Ed was welcoming and helpful with local restaurant recommendations and other amenities in the area. A vehicle accident in the area knocked out power for a couple hours and Ed was quick to let us know what happened and be sure we had flashlights and candles. 10 out of 10, we would definitely stay here again!

The Air BnB had everything we needed. It was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. We even played a few board games while there. We were happy we chose to stay here!

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

Luiza was a wonderful host. She provided detailed check in and out instructions, as well as local recommendations for our stay. Her place was exactly as pictured and cleaned wonderfully for our arrival. We hope to be back for another ski trip!

My husband and I attended a wedding and stayed here for 3 nights. It’s was such a lovely stay! A quiet street (with a street light right across the street), and a warm welcome as we entered the door. The place looked exactly as described and was a cozy place to land after the long days out. The shower pressure was also awesome and helped soak away the day. Anna was the perfect host! She made sure to let us know that we may not have service up there and that we should take down all the information in advance and was super proactive in all communication. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!

This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

We had a great stay at Ray’s condo. It was the perfect size for our group (3 adults and 3 teenagers). It was a 3-5 minute walk to the trail on the mountain which was super convenient. Ray was also very responsive to any questions we had. His condo was fully stocked with all things we needed during our stay. I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while skiing at Hunter Mountain.
