The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The Cabin is set back, secluded, unbelievably cozy and wonderfully romantic. It's a place to reconnect and recharge, to listen to the river and hear the wind through the trees and indulge in slow lunches and long walks and truly marvel at the Catskills. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
