Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dunwoody

We had a wonderful and comfortable experience here! It was such a pleasure and the host was so responsive. The only thing missing was the arcade from the pictures, however the backyard play set more than made up for it :)

We stayed for one night on our way to FL, and it was perfect for our little family. My husband and dog slept in one room, and my daughter and I slept in the other. There was more than enough space for her toddler cot! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and clean, and I loved the doggy door leading to the fenced yard! Checkout was easy too, there was not a list of 17 things to do, which is great because we were in a hurry to get back on the road. Easily one of the absolute best Airbnb experiences we've had.

I will highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for something in the area. The listing was a perfect spot on match to the Pictures show. The place was very clean very up-to-date and nice furnishing. Is it located in a really nice neighborhood so you felt very safe very comfortable.. And the host is always very responsive from the time of booking through any questions we had while we were there, weren’t many at all since the place had everything we needed, and it was very detailed to what they offered in their bio. When having to go to Atlanta again, and needing a place in that area would definitely rent it again

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, that was a fun surprise! The house was very clean and fully stocked! Sometimes at rental houses they'll leave one roll of paper towels and little cleaning supplies - not here! It was nice to not have to run out to the store for extra supplies. Plenty of utensils and gadgets in the kitchen. I would 100% recommend this house all day everyday. They really went above and beyond to make the house nice and our stay stress-free!! It was perfect for our family of 5! Thank you!

Michael and David’s place was exacted as listed. It was actually a bit larger than I expected, so I was pleasantly surprised. The bathroom is small, but they let you know in advance. It was close to a lot of attractions and easy to get Ubers there. Hosts were very responsive and accommodated my check in and check out times.

This is our third stay at Kathleen’s place. You cannot beat this private and clean hideaway in a great neighborhood. So many places in a walkable distance and easy to hop in the belt line. It’s our go to spot anytime we visit Atlanta.

Came down to Atlanta for a couple of concerts at the Eastern and Jim and Jeanne’s place was nearby. They were so nice to us the whole time, gave great recommendations and have a lovely home. The surrounding neighborhoods are so nice and they really made me want to come back and spend more time in Atlanta. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a spacious place, in a lovely and safe neighborhood with great proximity to many Atlanta sites. Phil was very responsive and helpful. The off-street parking was easy and convenient. The backyard very peaceful. Overall, a fantastic space to enjoy Atlanta!!

The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location, close to downtown Decatur with a good amount of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for anyone staying in the area.

It was in a nice neighborhood. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. The host was very friendly. Even helped carry stuff to the car for us. I would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again if we are in the area.

This is a gem basically in downtown Atlanta. It’s so close to everything. I enjoyed waking to restaurants and the arena. Now the building is under construction and looks outdated. Thomas’s condo is beautiful though and felt right at home! I also like how you have to have key fob to get access into the building.

Amazing place to stay. Loved all the little things, like snacks and coffee that she had for us. The style of the whole place was very nice. We will definitely be booking this place again. 💕

Desiree was the perfect host! The condo was clean! Cable TV and the balcony was screened in which is perfect for Fall evenings! Even though the location is a bit sketchy it doesn’t take away from the experience! I would definitely recommend!

Place was fantastic. Only downside was the amount of homelessness around the area but they will not bother you!

Marie's condo was in a great location and the provided parking made it easy to have a rental car to get to the downtown area/convention center. There are not a lot of airbnbs in safe areas around the convention center so we chose to go a bit farther away and the neighborhood that Marie's condo is in felt very safe. It was also very quiet and peaceful compared to downtown.

Can't say enough good things about Adriana. She was super responsive when someone else had taken our parking spot and was confident and very knowledgeable. Responded whenever we had a question. Super friendly, gave us great recommendations for Piedmont park, basketball, gym, botanical garden so we found everything we were looking for. Would definitely book with Adriana again.

Kristy is a great host - thank you for being so flexible with our check-out time! The two bedroom unit was perfect for me and my kids - we saved so much on not only the unit cost compared to a hotel, but also on being able to prepare meals in a full kitchen. Absolutely perfect and highly recommended!
