The house is much better than in the photos and very conveniently located — you’ll find everything you need. It’s a new home, surrounded by plenty of shops and local restaurants. Super clean! We stayed at the house for just a couple of days before moving to The Phoenician hotel, and honestly — we slept better in the house! Don’t think twice — book it! It’s a wonderful place!

We stayed a week with some friends and honestly wish we had more time. House had everything we wanted. Pool and hot tub were amazing and the putting green was great for entertainment. Host response time to any question was super fast and helpful. 100% would stay again!!

This is by far the best experience we’ve had with Airbnb. This home was next level. It’s spacious and beautifully decorated. It has everything you could need for your stay, and it has a ton to do within the home itself. You could literally stay in the home the whole trip and still have an amazing time. It’s easy to relax in, or you can swim, play mini-golf, sit in the jacuzzi, cook out, work out, play video games, dance….you name it, they’ve got it! If you’re in Scottsdale and need a place, this is it! What a great experience.

The house was amazing and so clean! I've been called a "clean freak" my whole life and this house did not disappoint! We felt right at home and all four of us loved the comfort of the beds and bedding! I would like to know the type and brand of sheets so I can get a set for myself. 🤗 We were visiting family and the location was spot on. Dean and the company in charge of taking care of everything, did a fantastic job! Thank you to everyone who made our trip so accommodating and pleasant! John was so responsive, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. He gave great recommendations, even for a balloon decorating service that I utilized. I was also able to check in early and get settled in which was great for what I had planned that day. I really appreciate John’s willingness to communicate effectively with me throughout the entire stay. Oh! And we loved how warm the pool was, that was fantastic!

Out of the 3 places we stayed over 10 days, this house was our favorite. The place is just so cozy—I felt right at home the moment we arrived. The hosts have thought of everything, and the kitchen was SUPER well-stocked. There were lots of small touches we appreciated (like bibs in the cupboard for littles). We really enjoyed the outside space as well. Hot tub was squeaky clean, fire pit was great, and there was a nice covered dining area with a pass-through window into the kitchen. We ate most of our meals out there. I don’t know what it is about this place, but it just had really good energy. Airbnb bedrooms are usually weird, but these were inviting and relaxing spaces. My kiddo really enjoyed the games in the garage/playroom. Didn’t have a chance to work out in there, but it’s awesome that the gym equipment was available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and very close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Travis's house was beautiful and perfect for our crew of three couples who were in Arizona to explore the area, hike and attend a couple of baseball games. This was a great home base for us. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and there are shopping centers and good restaurants nearby. The backyard was beautiful and private, and we spent a good amount of time hanging there and in the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The house was just as described, and as it appeared in the photos. We had a great time, and would definitely return to this house if we are in the area again in the future.

Jennifer is very responsive and was very accommodating. The house was the perfect size and the AC 10/10 . Pool was perfect along with lounger chairs and tables. Bathroom was very clean ,beds comfortable , and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

This was an amazing location for my girls trip! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is very spacious, beautiful and clean. Great location with lots of food and stores surrounding it. Only 10 minutes away from PHX as well. I would definitely stay here again! All of the rooms were nice and they even provided snacks for us. Definitely recommend 🙂

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. Everything matched the photos perfectly — clean, new, and well-maintained. The air grill in the kitchen was a nice touch and made cooking easy. We rented a RAM truck, which was too large for the garage, but guest parking was available and convenient. Overall, a very nice and clean condo — we would happily stay here again!

My family truly enjoyed staying here! This location is central to most things in Phoenix by car and really close to the airport. It has a comfy three bedrooms and living space that is well stocked. Also a great outdoor private patio and open pool to the complex.

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Merrill’s condo was great. Perfect location very convenient to stores and restaurants. It looked just like the picture. We felt extremely safe. Nice, quiet area. Everything we needed for the stay was in the condo. We were visiting family and it was nice to be so close to them. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again. Merrill had great communication and was very accommodating.
