Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Daytona Beach

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

we had something come up last min with our airbnb and had to leave early. I asked if we could check in early and they let us drop our belongings off before check in. Very kind and quick response. Great guest, will be back if in area!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Dawns place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! We traveled as a group of 8 people ages ranging from 15 to 42, along with our 3 furbabies. Dawn herself greeted us there and gave us a quick tutorial on how to use all the fancy gadgets in her home. Very friendly and quick to respond if you need anything! As we arrived later than we had intended she had some nice goodies for us, some adult beverages, pizzas...we had for dinner (BONUS) as we did not feel like going back out after a long trip, even some bacon and eggs for breakfast! I could go on and on about this gorgeous relaxing home, from the pool/backyard oasis, large property/yard for privacy and the doggos, to the snazzy gadgets, the coffee maker, and even the toilets in the bathrooms. Oh and don't get me started on the beds!!! I absolutely loved them and miss it already! 100 out of 10 recommended! We enjoyed our stay beyond what we imagined. Already planning to go back soon! *VERY PRIVATE*

My family and I had an AMAZING time at Cesar’s place. Very clean and everything just as described. Is closed to a lot of places.

Fantastic stat especially if you are wanting to hit up a lot of the florida parks and springs. Greg was super friendly and responsive as well!

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

What a wonderful stay in St Augustine! Everything about Kevin & Kamli’s home was amazing. Location was superb, cleanliness was excellent and communication was very easy. We would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting. Thanks again for a relaxing vacation!

Great to stay at this fantastic place, was absolutely just what we needed. Myself and two friends came over from England to attend Welcome To Rockville and this was the perfect base for us. Chis was next level helpful when it came to any questions that needed answering. Already thinking of next year’s festival and Chris will be the first person I contact to see if this place is available.

The place was just as described. Very nice and clean. We had no problems at all. We would definitely recommend to anyone for a nice quiet stay not far from lots to do.

Oh my gosh, I loved this place! It's a 4-minute, 1.5 block to the beach which is AMAZING! And about a 15-20 minute walk to the local restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and like someone else mentioned, the shower curtain inside the tub was a bit tight but nothing to complain about. I didn't do much cooking besides eggs in the morning, but it seemed all the things I would need were there. It was quiet, private, and so peaceful. The garden was SO nice! I just sat out on the deck and enjoyed the view. It was shady, the only sun that hit it was in the morning. You do share the upper deck with another renter at the other end but you're far apart, with the shared stairs separating you. I found this place to have everything I needed or could have wanted. I did see another review saying they wished the had access to the A/C control, which didn't prove to be a problem for me. They have a big fan in the unit that you can turn on and it cools everything down if needed! 100% would return!

We love this Oceanside condo community and have stayed at various rentals dozens of times. Todd’s place was comfy and well equipped with beach chairs, toys for the kids, and a small bag for taking ice and soft drinks to the beach. Condo has two very large flat screen smart TVs. Well stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry. Todd was a gracious and responsive host. Great value. We will be back.

We had a great stay at Lara’s! Brand new beach chairs and umbrella were a nice touch. We appreciated being able to use the pool and parking on arrival before our checkin time, and with the late checkout, it felt like we really got the most of our stay, enjoying the beach an extra two days. Having different rooms for the kids was really helpful, and extra bunk beds meant our babysitter came over for a night from Orlando so we could walk to SoNapa Grille half a mile down the road. It was a great meal and sunset walk. There was a cute ice cream shop walkable too! Will stay again, thank you Lara!

This place was an absolute delight to stay in. The bed was nice, plenty of sitting space. The Bathroom was well maintained as well. We were unable to use the hammock as it was dirty and had a few rips, but outside of that, the outside area was super cute. Definitely nice for a little couples getaway. There are a bunch of amazing places to eat in the area as well. 100% recommended.

We just got back from spending the long holiday weekend at Butch and Heidi’s place and it was great. The place was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The views from the condo drew us to book and boy did they NOT disappoint. The ocean views were stunning and we enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean each morning.

Really great spot. Todd gave clear detailed instructions on how to get into the gated community as well as the residence. Incredibly clean. Walking distance from food and the beach. Todd was very responsive for any questions we had, and the condo had everything possible we would need to be comfortable. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. My mom and I came to town last minute and found this little gem right across from the beach! The location is perfect! We took advantage of the beach chairs that were provided and that was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

Great stay, and in a really great spot. The beach was never super crowded and was a short walk through the complex's parking lot to get to, and it was a very short drive to get to anything you wanted to get to. Plenty of dining options right along the road you're off of, and getting to St Augustine proper to see the fort et al was super easy. If I had one complaint (which really isn't their fault or anything) it's that we went with our 2 and 4 year-old kids, and the condo was definitely not baby-proofed. So, if you've got young kids, somewhere else might be better or you might wanna pack cabinet locks. But, again, that was more our problem than theirs. This was our first real vacation as a family and we didn't think about that.

Words can’t express how wonderful of a time my girlfriend and I had during our trip to Ormond Beach. The condo was immaculate, the bed was super comfy, walk to the beach was literally 1 minute away, and the hosts, particularly James was outstanding. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We stayed during Rockville and when we arrived they had Metallica playing in the background to greet us, which was awesome. These kinds of personal touches truly show the hosts care about their guests. They also allowed for us to check out a bit later during our last night since we didn’t get back to the condo until after midnight (had to stay to see Korn perform!) Truly outstanding customer service and whenever we decide to visit Ormond again, we won’t want to go anywhere else. If you’re looking for a getaway near Daytona or Ormond, do yourself a favor and book here with confidence. You’ll be taken care of.
