House vacation rentals in Cumberland River

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Lisa was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The house was the nicest AirBNB we’ve ever been in and during a different stay with different weather the playset, pool, and hot tub would’ve been perfect amenities for this location to serve as a good stay-cation location. We’ll definitely consider again if we’re in this neck of the woods. Thank you Lisa!

We absolutely loved our stay at Shell Mountain Splash! With four kids 7-10 this was perfect for our two families! The kids loved the pool and had plenty of room to play and spread out. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we think we probably had the best view on the mountain! The beds were very comfortable, everything we were promised was there. The windy roads take a bit to get used to and our husbands were able to navigate the hill to the cabin on motorcycles with some patience and persistence. We do wonder if lower vehicles can safely enter the driveway as it is very steep and did have some scape marks so beware if your car sits lower to the ground. Definitely recommend overall!

This was a wonderful spot to call home for a few days while a few friends and I attended a conference in Smyrna. It was central to all of the areas of TN we wanted to visit. It even had that "new home" smell!

Great location, walkable to restaurants and other activities. It was a short drive to downtown Nashville, with a parking spot for guests. The pool was a nice bonus to cool off in after spending the day walking the city. We would recommend this property!

This is the spot. If you’re coming to Nashville and want something unique, fun, luxurious, look no further. Amazing spot and great walking distance but also no more than a 1 minute uber wait. The owner is also unmatched, I’ve stayed in over 300 and this is by far the most personable and easy going experience in an Airbnb thus far. Great property, great people, book it!

Allie’s place was perfect for our family getaway! I was probably one of the cleanest most well decorated Airbnb’s we have ever rented. We will definitely be repeat customers if she will have us back! 100% recommend for families!

Suzanne and Cliff were wonderful hosts! They were friendly, available and promptly addressed questions and issues. Their property is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the pool house and it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and private. We can’t say enough about our stay here.

The house was above and beyond what was expected. All the rooms and beds were clean and very comfortable. The extra nightlights around the house was an excellent touch for climbing the stairs. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we could need. Chris was very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out instructions were very clear.

This was a great stay and very convenient to downtown Nashville and walking distance to Five Points was a big plus. Lisa was very responsive to a thermostat issue we had. The bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths worked great for our group of three couples. Very nicely decorated with Nashville themes throughout. And the fenced in yard worked great for our dogs.

Extremely well kept house and the host was extremely helpful.

House was perfect for our needs and was close to everything in the Pigeon Forge area. Driveway was a little challenging for our lowered cars but the house was beautiful and the location worked out great!

What an awesome stay, and phenomenal hosts. They were so proactive, and had great recommendations. The house was huge, private and perfect for entertaining large groups. Less than a $20 Uber ride for large groups to downtown. So easy to get back and forth and walkable to breakfast and the park in the mornings. The place was absolutely spotless. An exceptional stay.

This has been yet another amazing stay!! We have reserved this Air B&B for 3 years now and each time Nina has provided an incredible and hassle free experience. Full of amenities, a complete kitchen arrangement, a quiet driveway and amazing views, this Air B&B has countless things to compliment and I’m happy to say we will continue using it as long as we can <3 It has gone from a vacation home to an ACTUAL home, just far away from our regular one.

This home was perfect for 3 couples. Living room furniture was very comfortable! We all want to buy those couches now. Very nice setting, and enjoyed the winery literally in the backyard. Host was very friendly and even brought us fans for the bedrooms that didn't have them. Will definitely stay again in the future. Close enough to Bardstown activities but far enough away to feel private and secluded at the same time.

The Red House is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a Kroger market close by. The house is close to the airport which is a plus for an early morning flight. It did take us about 25 minutes to drive to downtown but we enjoyed being away from the busy downtown. Terje was always available to answer questions.

Absolutely loved my stay. The hot tub definitely got some use from me. Perfect place to stop for the night.

This place was perfect for our needs. We just stayed for one night to break up a long drive, and get some sleep. The location couldn't have been better. Very close and easy to get to I75, but enough away from it to be quiet and peaceful. There were many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this place, and would not hesitate to stay again.

Rachel’s Airbnb was beautiful, loved it, warm and inviting, I highly recommend it. It’s so comfortable I could live there! It’s located close to Mammoth Cave park which was our destination.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was just as advertised and had many amenities to make us feel right at home. The hosts were so kind and responsive. You also cannot beat the location right off the Parkway. I have already sent this listing to friends who are planning to travel to the area. This is how an Airbnb should be run.
