Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cottonwood

This place truly felt like we were in Sedona. A lot of other airbnbs we looked at were renovated to look modern & I feel like that takes you away from the experience. Linda’s airbnb had a rustic charm that felt so cozy & warm to come back to after a long day. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The bed was massive & SO COMFORTABLE. The skylights were wonderful & the hot tub was the cherry on top. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard which made our lives much easier. The airbnb is minutes from trails & tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Linda is so sweet & an excellent communicator!

What a fantastic place to stay in Sedona! The host has thought of everything to make the stay easy and comfortable. I have never stayed in an Airbnb with such meticulous attention to the instructions/information we might need. The place itself was very relaxing. We used the hot tub every day! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Carolyn’s Desert Dream accommodations were perfect for our mother daughter get away. It was a very private location directly across from Cathedral Rock, consequently the views were magnificent while soaking in the hot tub. It was very clean, with extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and ample room. The bathroom was nice and large with a roomy walk in shower. The patio area was a pleasant addition for sitting outside and enjoying the views. Carolyn and I communicated about our arrival time as we were unsure of the exact time. She wanted to meet us when we arrived and was very flexible to our sightseeing time on our way from Phoenix. Carolyn was an excellent host! She shared ideas for restaurants, shopping, beside the downtown area and beautiful scenic rides we could take. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful authentically decorated Airbnb for 2 this should be your first choice! I will definitely be returning. Thank you Carolyn!

Everything was lovely and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Loved basking in the silence and listening to nature.

Sometimes when you book an Airbnb, or any accommodation really, you get unpleasant surprises. Maybe the neighborhood is bad, maybe the views aren’t good, maybe there’s an odd smell in the house… Our experience with Pam and Carlos’ property was the opposite of that sort of experience. We were only constantly pleasantly surprised. The home was spacious and beautiful. The location was near to tons of great trails and restaurants. The hot tub was lovely. The neighborhood was tranquil compared to the bustle of Memorial Day weekend in downtown Sedona. I will be coming back, it was too nice of a stay, too convenient, and our hosts were all too accommodating. Thanks Pam and Carlos.

Sedona is a beautiful part of the country. Having this property to stay at was perfect for us. We opted to pay the extra $25 for the hot tub, and at the end of the day with some hiking and lots of activity that extra $25 was well worth it, we enjoyed sitting under the Stars in the hot tub. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Perfect gathering spot for family, with ages 1 year old to 70 years old feeling comfortable. We went out for daily adventures & always looked forward to returning to peaceful home. Wonderful dinners from the grill; enjoyed on the patio.

We had an amazing stay at Lorri’s beautiful Airbnb in Sedona! From the moment we arrived, Lorri was incredibly kind and accommodating — she truly went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fenced-in backyard, which was the perfect size for our two dogs to enjoy safely. The location was great — it’s right across the street from Whole Foods, which made picking up groceries super convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing, and the views of the red rocks were just stunning. Lorri’s hospitality and attention to detail really made our stay special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona!

We had a great time at this rustic cabin. It was setup well and very comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck playing giant Jenga and playing games. The kitchen was handy for pancakes and there is a really great empanada shop just 5 minutes away the Pie Box you have to hit. We'll definitely consider coming up there again!

This was paradise in the pines. There was everything that was promised and more. We were so comfortable and at ease. There are great indoor and outdoor living spaces, with thoughtful additions for adults and children.

The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking and exploring the red rocks, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept like babies. We had a wonderful stay in Andrea’s home. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Well equipped and stocked. The hosts are very responsive to messages. The house is a great size and very comfortable. Will definitely want to stay there again the next time we visit Sedona!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we needed, was well-stocked with kitchen tools & other household items. The rooms were all spacious with lots of storage. Beds were comfortable! Pool area was great. The view of the red rocks from the living room & patio was fantastic! The location was great too- quiet but just a short drive to uptown (traffic but we were there during spring break so it was expected!) & close to several trailheads. We'd definitely consider staying again if we visit Sedona!

Wow! This place was amazing! The view cannot be beat and the pool/hot tub were incredible after a long day of hiking. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend! Walkable to Sedona beer co base camp and laylas breakfast. My only wish was that I read the instructions better for hot tub- it has to be turned on every day, not just the first day you check in. Came home one night to a cold hot tub. Other than that SUCH an amazing stay!

Great small place ideal for us! Quick in and out for a few days in Sedona. Missing something to clean the dishes with and only one day for the coffee. The office on check out had a great display of Native American jewelry and pottery. Well worth the stay!

One of the great hosts I've ever had! The condo was spotless and very clean. You can find everything you might need in the kitchen and in the house. Useful information about Sedona was given which was helpful. The location on the condo is great! Walkable to grocery and stores and restaurants! Highly recommended! Would stay here again for sure!

Great place and great host! The perfect location for everything to do around Sedona. The guest book with extensive information and red rock pass was appreciated! Loved the artwork in the home and was able to find it out in the desert! Such a fun trip, we will be back! Thank you!

Had the best time visiting Sedona for Mother’s Day weekend. Dave’s condo was perfect for 3 of us, beds were comfortable and location is perfect for hiking Bell Rock and walking distance to many great restaurants. We loved the area and would definitely stay here again!
